Staff at desk not to welcomey, had an incident with my wife falling, went to front desk for assistance , woman said this may be a problem. Woman who does the breakfast setup overheard and said she would go to room with me. She was a life saver, very polite and helpful. Also bathroom was accessible however still a "tub" in room, cannot step over it. Toilet was a short one and not one hook in bathroom to hang clothes on! Need improvements!

After 5 messages left for a refund. I still haven’t received a refund or return call from the manager, as promised from the front desk staff. Pool pump is broken so don’t come if you have children and they are looking forward to swimming.
