The hotel has a spacious room, very clean. But the bed mattress was quite hard to sleep. The sound proof also very bad, can hear people talking and walking at corridors. Overall stay was satisfied.

Location is good. Staff friendly. The tuktuk uncle outside the hotel is very nice and can help talk in Thai.This is my second time staying here. This hotel needs to refurbish, brighten room.

Everything is perfect, complimentary of mini bar is a plus point. if you are looking for a tour guide, please do not hesitate to look for the hotel driver.. we called him uncle. Uncle is very kind, helpful & cheerful person!

It's a rundown hotel!!! The sound proofing is terrible. Can hear people talking and walking outside the corridor door. Woke up multiple times from the closing of doors of other rooms... Breakfast comes in set.. taste okay...

Hotel was so so
Came early around 11am, requested for early check in but denied. But this is ok, because it’s the hotel policy. Room is big, but cleanliness can be improved. The shower did not have heaters and many requests were made at the reception. For the amount paid for the room, it is ok.

Run down but friendly service
Pictures must have been taken when first opened up. The place is run down. The quadruple room has no seperate sitting area like in description. It is basically two queen beds in a room. You can hear street noise all day and night. Pretty dirty hotel too.

Strategic Location
Searched around for a good hotel for our stay. Came across this hotel and it was wonderful. It is just walking distance to Kim Yong Market. In the middle between floating market and asean market. Room was big and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, check in was smooth.

Rundown Hotel
Toilet ceiling was leaking from day 1 thus there was a pool of water on the floor risk of slip n falling. Maintenance only came to rectify on day on day 3 and he just came into the room without knocking thinking that nobody was in!!!. Day 4 the ceiling light got wet causing a power trip. Maintenance came to rectify and the bulb was blown thrice!! On our the 1st night stay the lift broke down and we have to climb the stairs up and down till the next day late afternoon when it was rectified. The water hose beside the toilet bowl was also out of order and there are mosquitoes inside the rooms.

Great and friendly staff
Staff there are very friendly and helpful. However condition of the room is not fantastic. It was raining during my stay there and part of the toilet is leaking. Not very pleasant. The lobby is very well furnished and cozy. Overall not a bad place considering the low prices that I paid per night.

Famous in Hat Yai
Cleanness but a bit noisy when others walking outside. Add on bed conditions not comfort. This hotel quite famous since all tuk tuk driver know. About 10-15mins walk to Lee garden, beside & infront also got 7eleven & food store. Ok to stay. Staff nice & friendly.

My stay in the Bed Hatyai
Location is very close to all food and entertainment outlets. Hotel clean and well kept. Service is excellent, I ask them to recommend massage services and the reception insist that one of their staffs to take us there. It was raining and they offer us umbrellas. Only downside is the water pressure in the shower is weak.

Big room with plenty space but not clean.
The room is big and near to everything. Morning market and seven eleven just around the corner. Easy to access to local food! Also, 5 to 10 minutes to lee garden plaza!! However, the room is a bit dusty (can see old damage spider web), sofa provided in the room is not really clean (with white little pieces, look like scalps) and little fridge doesn’t look clean too! Probably, with a bit more hard work in cleaning will worth for 4 in overall rating.

Expected better....
Service was superb, was greeted warmly with a welcome drink! Kudos to your service crew! However, room could be up kept better, felt wasted as the room was nicely designed and contemporary, however the the sofa was not welcoming at all (has stains and dirt on it), quite noisy, woke up multiple times due to noise. Good idea to have separated the bathroom, so it wasn't too chilly when taking shower, however that area tends to be very hot in the afternoon. Lacking of tables and surfaces to place items.... Pillows was a bit too soft to my liking, but still bearable (after requesting for extra pillow). Overall was a acceptable stay, however for the price, I was expecting more.

Walking distance to central Hatyai
Booked via expedia, the big room for my family of four pax. 2 of them arrived earlier and paid the deposit. I arrived later than them. Staff was very helpful to let me in eventhough the earlier 2 person were not around, since I have shown them my booking confirmation. The room for 4 pax was large. It was clean and comfortable. Got 2 sets of televisions, 1 for the single beds and another 1 for the queen bed. Tuk tuk and motorcycle taxi will be available most of the time in front of the hotel. Or you can opt to walk 2-3 blocks to the central Hatyai. There is a muslim restaurant 100 metre from the hotel, which serves great roti canai and breakfast. There are two convenience store (7-eleven) nearby, one just to the right of the hotel's main door, and another one just the opposite of the hotel.

Clean and spacious hotel, near to night market.
Spacious and clean hotel, 7-11 just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and near to city central. The only downside about this hotel is the soundproofing, room door is not sound proof, able to hear people walking outside the room.

Unpleasant stay
Overall stay was not pleasant. First, we were told they only accept cash for deposit. 2nd corridor lighting was dim. 3rd wifi signal was weak. 4th we got a corner room, the noise from the street was very clear. Light sleeper will have a problem sleeping. 5th I wont recommend anyone stay here for longer than 2 days. The toilet give a foul smell after usage and whole room will be filled with a smell. Only plus point is that the tuk tuk driver of the hotel and the doorman was v friendly.

Convenient, comfortable and modern hotel.
Pro: 1. Excellent staff. They are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate. Served with refreshing welcome drinks. Helps to arrange for airport taxi. Warm greeting every time meet them. 2. The hotel location is strategic, 5-10min walk to leegarden and kimyong market. Hence there are two 7-11 store downstairs/opposite and beside the hotel. 3. Hotel design are unique, urban, and room/bed comfortable, functioning air-con, shower water heater. Basic comfort level meet. Con: 1. The only thing is the shower room window looks unfit (old school design) and water pressure is stronger at water basin (strong til split on my pants) instead of shower rain. 2. the bed corner is very sharp and although it was covered by rubber but my partner had a deep scratch. Conclusion: Highly recommended stay due to its pro.
