Very clean, friendly staff. Only disliked barking dog every night and the last morning being woke early to slamming doors and heavy footsteps in room above us

Comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Hot coffee available. The hair dryer was not working and the front desk attendant left one in my room while I was out with a very sweet note and cookies. Such a nice touch!

This is possibly the best hotel stay we have ever had. The property was very well maintained (fresh and clean), the staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was excellent and served with a smile. The accommodations were good. The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean but some room details made it appear old or worn. The HVAC unit was difficult to operate. There was no manual for the remote that controlled it. Never been in a hotel with a HVAC like that one. I expected better for a luxury suite. Plus there was only one HVAC for the entire suite which made it cold in the living room and bathroom. The bed was too soft for my preference but surprisingly I had a good night sleep.

Best hotel in town. Havelock does not have much going on but at least this is a clean, comfortable, updated hotel choice. The mexican restaurant just in front of the hotel is also excellent.

This hotel was great for a two night stay near family. The room was spacious and the hotel is close to everything. It was clean. Breakfast was great. Easy free parking. They have a cool fish tank in the lobby.

Motel Hell 😡
We booked this hotel never again we had to change rooms cause curtains wouldn't close the window by the bed was so close to the window had a hard time getting outta bed to go to the bathroom hallway floors were nasty same with the 2 nd room . Never will I go back there horrible only slept for about 2 hrs. Nightmare wasted money 😡 oh when they switched us to another room all the lights where on when we opened the door ... Scary
