My only complaint was that the bathroom in our suite was very dated and the old shower head sprayed everywhere. "

"Historical hotel in a great location in the Altstadt. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has great regional offerings. Please note, some of the rooms only have a window to an indoor hallway and not the outdoors. I apparently unknowingly signed up for such a room. When I raised it with hotel staff, they quickly gave me a different room with windows to the outdoors. However, I was lucky they had such a room available as the hotel is very popular."

"Nice hotel quite and new But the issue was with the house keeping they didn’t clean the room until we ask the reception and when they clean they didn’t change the dirty bed sheets Elias from the reception was too kind and helpful"

"Hotel Heidelberg is located outside downtown Heidelberg. We enjoy staying here because the area is walkable with convenient access to the street car to get to the main train station. We enjoy the local shops nearby. It is an older hotel with the charm and quirks of such. Our room is very quiet with no noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway. "
