Pretty aweful. Bad WiFi ensured my onward progress is delayed. Hotel reception run by a youth who had greasy, dirty hands from repairing a car when I arrived. Difficulty booking in, difficulty in getting a meal. I eventually found ths chef who gave me a menu. Hotel owner/manager appeared for 10 min at 8pm to tell an expedia arrival she had to pay up front for her room or else. I'd have told him to stick his room. Parking, I was told to park offsite. They clearly have arepaorbusiness going on. Needs an inspection by the local authorities as the room was electrically unsafe as a 230V socket was black and falling off the wall.

We needed a place to stay close to the czech border. This was the closest to the border on hotels.com At first glance the price is reasonable but in the end i dont feel we got good value for money. The exterior of the building is fine, the welcome at reception was also fine. The room itself was tired and sparsely furnished. A bedside table with simple lamp would be a good addition. Cleanliness was ok. Shower sprayed water everywhere. Would be a cheap/simple fix. Dinner was a bit of a wait due to a party of 20 ordering just before us. The food was simple and again fine but a little overpriced. Decent profit margin on the food id wager. Breakfast was fine but no staff present. Another guest had to help us find cutlery. The manager did offer us free breakfast for the kids which was a nice touch. The restaurant area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which was not to our taste as non smokers with young kids. Overall i was disappointed. With a little more focus on professional service and just a little investment in the rooms this could be a decent place to overnight on a long drive. Instead its a place i wont be visiting again.

Don’t book this hotel.
Don’t book this hotel. I had a terrible experience. First of all, we arrived at night 9 o’clock by car. We informed them in advance. And check-in time is till 10 o’clock. No body was there in reception. After 20 min (beaten by mosquito was included) found a phone number in the front gate rarely visible due to low light. Called the number and he said I’m informing my friend to help you. After few minutes a gentleman came down and took us a single room. He was just following the instruction on the phone. Then we showed the booking with double bed and 2 single bed. Then he said wait and then took us to the room. The room was clean tidy but the double bed was broken and uncomfortable. When I complained on the phone the guy from the other side threaten me to throw me out of the hotel. I had no clue how to react just said sorry I don’t want to argue to ruin my holiday. But he sent some people to my room and those people were really nice. And they said that’s the owner on the phone and he had lots of problem same day that’s why react like that. The staff of the hotel was excellent and services was excellent. But if someone threatened you at 9 o’clock at night to throw you out of the hotel that’s scary. I had 2 small children. I was about to call the police but the staff requested me not to do that.

It is outside of Dresden but easy enough to find especially if arriving from the south. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. It is not perfect but it offers excellent value vs. a downtown hotel in Dresden. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Friendly and attentive staff, so so hotel.
Stayed at this hotel with two friends and while the room and bathroom were large, the location of the room was right in front of the main road, which made it noisy in the mornings. The decoration was not to our liking, but that is a personal matter. The staff is super friendly and helpful (big plus), although if you don’t speak German, you may have a hard time communicating with them. It was ok for the price, but I would not stay there again.

Das Personal ist freundliche, jedoch fachlich nicht ausgebildet. Die Einrichtung ist "Sehr gebraucht". Die Badezimmer sind unzureichend ausgestattet. Kein. oder schwaches Licht am Spiegel, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kosmetikgegenstände. Alles ist gut gemeint, jedoch oft schlecht ausgeführt. Die Betten sind gut und sauber. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses richt extrem nach Rauch.

Kurzfassung: für den sehr günstigen Preis in Ordnung. Pro: vergleichsweise sehr günstig, großes Zimmer, sauber. Kontra: Hotel teils renovierungsbedürftig, Renovierungsarbeiten halbherzig durchgeführt, Duschabfluss teilverstopft, Kabelenden hängen aus der Wand, Fenster/Vorhänge teils schwergängig, Badlüftung sehr schwach, Wasserfleck an der Decke, den Pool gibts es wohl schon länger nicht mehr, Parkplätze und Innenhof mit abgemeldeten Autos zugestellt, kein Brot beim Frühstück, keine Rechnung erhalten. Fazit: Für den Preis und für reine Übernachtungsaufenthalt vollkommen ok.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah bei Dresden und bot uns ein außerordentlich geräumiges Zimmer und auch Badezimmer. Ein Kaffeeautomat bereitet zum Frühstück frischen Kaffee (verschiedene Sorten). Demnächst kann das Gebäude eine Renovierung vertragen.

Die Buchung hat gut geklappt. Dadurch im Eingang geraucht wurde ist dies etwas ins Treppenhaus gezogen. Die Geräuche von der Rezeption sind bis in mein Zimmer gekommen was 20 Meter entfernt war. Der Badspiegel stande auf dem Fußboden und ein zweites Bett im Raum war wie durchgebrochen nicht benutzbar. Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Die Wurst wurde nicht gekühlt. Nur der Preis von 8 Euro war okey, sowie der Kaffee aus dem Automaten.

Da es lt. Anbiter im Hotel zu laut werden könnte da sie dort eine Feier hatten haben in der Villa übernachtet war 8 km vom Zentrum entfernt war für uns aber nicht so dramatisch Unser Verdacht war aber das sie unsere Buchung nicht regstriert hatten, da sie unseren Namen nicht gefunden hatte mussten unsere Buchungsbestätigung dann vorlegen.Leider ist die Villa noch nicht komplett sarniert es fehlten teilweise noch lampen (z.b. Nachttischlampe u. Badlampe) und das Bad war nicht richtig geputzt. Wenn alles fertig gestellt ist, ist es dort bestimmt sehr schön.

Sehr abenteuerliche Unterkunft
Laut Beschreibung hatte das Hotel einen Pool, in Wirklichkeit war das eine Baustelle. Kaum jemand hat Deutsch gesprochen und so war die Kommunikation unmöglich. Ewig auf die Rechnung gewartet bei der Bezahlung. Das Bett war gut, Bettwäsche sauber, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Leider ging das Licht im Bad nicht, die Dusche war auch sehr abenteuerlich angebracht. Mülleimer im Bad voll vor dem Vorgänger.
