The chef was very personable and even arranged bacon to be available for us at breakfast even though it is not on their menu. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after reception had closed, but had received clear instructions and it was all easy. The breakfast buffet was good quality and nicely varied. An extra bonus was the tea and coffee making facilities in our rooms, something that seems so rare in Denmark! "Hotel Koldingfjord was fantastic, impressive, beautiful, peaceful, and more. I wish we spent more time here. I fell in love with Denmark in part because of Hotel Koldinfjord. I definitely want to return. The hotel was going through some construction improvements, but it did not take away from or joy in being there. If anything, it will make our next visit even more enjoyable."
