"The breakfast was very disappointing. We had the wrapped bagels and danish were soft and soggy, probably from being frozen. The frozen store bought breakfast burritos were tasteless. The waffles looked delicious but were not good for us. We will probably continue to go with the Hilton chain for the sake of and quality of the breakfast."

"The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!"

"Stayed in May 2024 and the hotel was newly reopened after a change in hotel chain ownership, and a full interior/exterior renovation. It was essentially a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Located in central Norton, VA with many dining choices nearby. My only complaint is that trucks roll through town pretty early weekday mornings and there is some road noise. Overall recommended."
