Loved the setting in the trees...the quietness. Best pool music playing in the background!! Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked by the friendly staff. Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Very clean, loved having a full kitchen, we were able to save on breakfast by making our own, and also that it's dog friendly! Right outside our door we can easily let our dog out with doggy bags near by. Pool was very clean and warm, along with the hot tub. Loved our stay!! We will be back!

Great value for the money. Good location within Hilton Head close to main road and short drive to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Free parking and free breakfast. My room had two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The bedroom for the loft unit is upstairs, kind of length trek up the steps with a sofa bed down stairs. There was a TV upstairs and one downstairs, a kitchen table for 4 and full refrigerator 2 pot burner and dishwasher. Also included was a balcony but insects on the balcony ceiling which some may have issues with. Overall, a great deal for the money and because of the great deal I will definitely go back.

When we arrived to check in, the person who attended us was a little rude, they say that they are a hotel with pets and they did not allow the pet to be around the hotel, there is a lot of insecurity in the surroundings with animals, there were raccoons that tried to attacking people and pets, many worms stuck to the windows of the cars everywhere, and the breakfast was not good and they do not clean the rooms daily.

The hotel was amazing. The surrounding area was old, ran down abandoned buildings. Limited food near hotel. If you have a car, no worries - many options of dining close by.

The property was great! You have to get your own towels from the front desk they do not have any one to bring it to you! They do allow pets on the property for a fee! Overall I give it a 7.5 out of 10

The hotel advertised free parking, free wifi, and complementary breakfast; however, I was charged an additional 20 something dollars upon checkout since I booked through Expedia. Desk clerk said it was “hotel fees’ for parking, wifi, breakfast. Didn’t appreciate that, but stay other than that was great.

Our room was pretty nice. It was clean. There was no daily housekeeping service, which we did not like. We did not need the 'concierge' service that was provided. We received a phone call in our room after we checked in. The sales person was pushy, and it took my husband a while to get off the phone with her. Then we received a text the morning we left inviting us to come get a 200 dollar Visa gift card. Totally a timeshare. We did not expect this, and did not appreciate it.
