The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport.

The room was well-appointed and great view from the 12th floor. The breakfast buffet has so much options to offer both international and local dishes. The hotel was walking distance to most of the key places to visit in Ho Chi Minh city.

I’ve been staying at Liberty Central Citypoint for a few years now, both pre and post-pandemic, and I was disappointed to see how wear and high volume is taking its toll on the property. The staff are awesome, efficient and friendly, but the rooms and common spaces are tired. The doona was too small for the two king singles that has been pushed together to make a king bed, the bathroom didn’t smell clean, the carpet outside the lifts was stained, the laminate floors in the rooms damaged, and the windows filthy with dirty drips. The breakfast in the executive lounge was limited, and while the staff were eager to collect food from the restaurant and bring it to the executive lounge, the lack of choice didn’t justify the expense of access. And the e-keys needed to be recut every time we tried to access our level, a process because the lifts are slow to respond after being called. The location is perfect, literally in the heart of D1, and the views unbeatable. I consider myself a loyal and regular guest, but will probably look elsewhere the next time I’m in Saigon.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The room was beautiful (and SO CLEAN), staff was wonderful to us, the food in the executive lounge and buffet were delicious, and the coffee was amazing. I liked that everything was so close and could walk around to see most of the Ho Chin Minh City downtown beauty. Bathrooms could use more light especially around the mirrors.

Great location to explore HCM and room was excellent and clean. Facilities good and plenty choice at breakfast. We had a massage which was amazing and the facilities were good.
