Great location
Nice hotel in a convenient location in District 7. Walkable to several restaurants, and using Grab to get around was always available.

I hope the above can be resolved
My Stay was Good, i was looking at late Check out with the Hotel & was asked by the Hotel to pay for 1 1/2 day stay which I agreed too, But they are charging me there normal rate & not according to the rate I paid for when I booked the hotel on your website. Can you plz speak to them and address this issue for me on my behalf.

Staffs spoke fluent English and provide great services. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. It lacks a business room like a printer and a copier. The laundry was too scented, had to re-washed.

The staffs are friendly, the room is clean, roomy
We came for HCMCity Marathon, the location is close to the starting and finished line, within in a short walking distance ( we can see the activities from our balcony)

This was a top notch facility. Every area was support staff food everything. All of the help seem to go out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. I will be going back to Vietnam and I will make it a point to stay here.

Best in District 7 HCMC I stayed, of course District 1 hotels overall of much higher standards. Very clean spacious room (got a suite as an upgrade), comfortable bed. All public areas of the hotel are clean but old fashion, bar is open until 9pm)

Beautiful hotel, but staff could improve
Staff knocked on my door at 6am & couldn’t speak a word of English so I rang front desk but they didn’t know why that staff had knocked on my door. Front desk staff should be more welcoming & warm to guests. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, lacking in quality and taste. It seems the head chef has not had experience in delivering high quality food. But the room was lovely & clean

Great rooms with good bed. Staff is efficient and always with a smile. Breakfast has something for everyone, and very good coffe. This is my 2nd. time in the hotel and will be back again.

I'd not stay here again
We were given only 1 key to the room. The key needs to stay in the room for AC & lights to turn on. So either both of us leave the hotel at the same time or none could leave. Once we did leave, AC turned off and we had to wait for it to turn back on when we get back, considering how hot and humid it is in this city. Although the room is non-smoking, the smoking smell is all over the entire floor (8th) and creeps into the room as well. The hotel allows people to smoke in the hallway and this is the problem.

Fantastic Hotel!
The MerPerle Hotel was great. We had a very clean, modern, tidy and spacious executive room with a nice view. The service was excellent and we would definitely stay again. The location is a little far from the busier districts but it was worth the extra travel to and from the hotel. We also liked that is was in a slightly quieter district and it felt a lot safer. The Hotel was close the Crescent shopping mall and several great restaurants which was a bonus.

Brand new hotel, but needs to find its feet
A rather strange hotel... no expense spared brand new hotel. Amazing rooms, very luxurious and large. Lovely pool deck area, elegant marble everywhere etc. But very lacking in the breakfast offering - very poor breakfast. Just seems to need another year or two of experience to really come up to spec with say a good Hilton. Location is OK - very close to the convention centre - a 20 minute or so Taxi to the exciting/interesting parts of town though. (but using uber this is only a few pounds!) There is a very nice waterside Mall only minutes away with great waterfront restaurants which was very nice. Staff are just a little bit too eager to please... constant doting on you to open every door etc... for example please give me at least one minute to read the menu you have just given me! a little bit too much... But when you ask them questions like "can you help me make a phone call" a bit of rabbit in the headlights syndrome... Also the lift is ridiculous, it snaps shut in about 3 seconds and pinned me about three times! Gym is very poor. It only has a bench press and a bicycle in it. So all in all, very impressive building, very nice rooms, great pool... But need a little more privacy from staff who seem a but under experienced. Also the breakfast was not enjoyable.

Great hotel with amazing staff! The gym was still under construction, but the rooftop pool and the rooms were really good! Nice view of the city from our room's balcony. The hotel was close to some big, brand-shopping malls. It was about 15- 20 min taxi drive from district 1.

First to stay.
We arrived 6 days prior to the Grand Opening so everything wasn't quite finished yet but the staff was absolutely wonderful! We watch the hotel transform into a beautiful finished product during the week we stayed there. I would highly recommend it!!
