Clean, comfortable, excellent service.
It was our 1st trip to HCM. Saigon Apartment was a very comfortable home feel style accommodation. We booked a 2 bedroom unit, it come with almost all kitchen appliances except "No Microwave Oven". Mr Tham received us on arrival (please call before arriving) there isn't any reception counter or bell hop! Mr Tham speaks pretty good English and he is a extremely friendly and patient man. Very helpful and polite. As we are in D3, it is really super convenient to more around to any eateries, malls or clubs/bars. No restriction to visitors! Cheers (awesome 👍👍👍👍 trip)

Comfortable and well located
Experience has been generally positive. Apartment is spacious and location is perfect. Apartment is on a quiet street away from the main roads, not far from city centre.

location was perfect! quiet street so no noise at night. staff were welcoming on our arrival. the apartment was great for the 3 of us. beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean! we went for the deluxe apartment. room and towels were changed every day and breakfast was delivered to the room, however it was cold :(

Great, Safe, Comfortable and Clean
Great hotel. Safe area of town, friendly and clean. This a condo style place - not a hotel. That being said, that is the charm of this place - no long check in or check out process. The apartments are clean and we never once worried about our belongings. My children left their electronics out to charge. We have stayed before and will return. It comes with free breakfast which was a bonus. The location is very central and close to everything (Ben Thanh Market, the museums, etc.)

Great place to stay with your family. It was safe and very quiet. The staff were courteous and efficient. The locations was very central. The manager spoke English and was very friendly🙂

Good apartment for the price!
Although I checked in late at night, they had already checked me in and prepared the room for me! Check in and check out was quick and easy! Entire apartment was slightly dated, but everything was clean and what I was looking for!

Apartments were close to city centre (walking distance). We weren’t given enough bedding for 3 guests but we communiated this and it was punctually provided they next day. No tissues in the room. Overall quite clean.

Pros: Excellent location in D3. Lots of restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet during late hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Secured. Several units have been renovated and if you booked the Deluxe rooms, your experience will be on the positive side. Cons: After booked the first five nights in the Deluxe room no. 18. We were downgraded to the regular rooms number 5 and 6, due to lack of availability. We had a gap in our travel plans. These units are dated, in need of complete renovation. Stains on floors and unattractive furnishing, Expedia advertised all units to have king size bed and queen size bed, but all of them have queen and full size beds. Expedia advertised this apartment to be four star establishment. It is so far from it. The level of cleanliness in units 5 and 6 are despicable. We are disappointed of how Expedia inflated their advertisement. But to be clear, the staff is absolutely wonderful and courteous. Summary: Expedia needs to do their homework and be clear of their promotion. Saigon Apartment is situated in a prime location but until the owners put some efforts in renovating their non-deluxe rooms, they have lost a frequent visitor in us. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Not a hotel. Not bad. Not great, though.
Nice size. Great cleaning staff. Check-in on Sunday is tough because the front desk staff is off and the guard speaks very little English. When they are on duty, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed (a1) in was very clean but had been a bit of a funk. Probably smoked in and they turn off the a/c when not in use, so it is a little bit moldy. If you book directly with them, they say they offer 20%. This is not true.

4 night stay in 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. An excellent choice and great to have so much more space than any hotel you might be considering. Both bedrooms had ensuite shower rooms. Large lounge with kitchen area gave you the option for cooking. Large bottle of drinking water supplied. TV had cable movie and sports channels. Apartment cleaned bedding and towels changed daily.

Secured place.
Check out times has to be little bit flexible. some times the flights availability is after 12pm. so there check out time is 12. so we don't have a place to stay for couple of hours. No Lobby area, or changing rooms. Its a big drawback in this hotel

Very spacious, modern and clean two-bedroom apartment on a quiet street close to many restaurants, cafes and attractions. Comes with a large kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, excellent water pressure and quick internet. We liked it so much, we extended our stay by three days. Excellent hotel Within Walking Proximity
The hotel is located on a quiet street with a security guard 24/7. I stayed in the deluxe two bedroom apartment and it was awesome. It was spacious and cleaned daily by very honest and nice ladies. We were never afraid of our items going missing (we had three iPads with us, two cell phones and one iPod - all left in the room when we were out). Though a little of walk to Ben Thanh Market, I stayed with a nine years old and a twelve years old, both whom were okay to walk the short distance to Ben Thanh Market. If you decide to take a the taxi, you are about 3-5 minutes taxi ride to all tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Great hotel and will definitely stay again in the deluxe room. Miss Hoang was very accommodating.

TV in the living room did not work. Provided with only 1 tea and 3 coffee sachets for a 3- night stay. Masterbed was fine but the bed in the other room was too small for two adults. Bed contain bugs, so beware!

Excellent accommodation
My first time in HCMC and the apartments were easy to find. After settling in the place was found to be like home from home with spacious bedrooms and living areas. Throughout the apartment was clean and was maintained this way by housekeeping during our stay. The bowl of fruit as a welcoming gesture was a nice touch and well appreciated. The staff were helpful once they understood what was requested.There were five of us in the party, 3 adults and 2 kids and everyone enjoyed their stay in the apartment.

Everything was great, except for the noisy air conditioning in the main lounge room and there was quite a few mosquitoes around. There was more than enough drinking water supplied for us which was much appreciated. We would recommend this place to others.

Nice family apartment in Saigon
Saigon Apartments proved to be an excellent choice for a family of four. Our unit had two bedrooms,plus a large living room and kitchen. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The apartment was very nice. The was a guard outside 24 hours per day, so it felt safe. There is a large park just a few blocks away, and plenty of stores and restaurants within 1 - 2 blocks, though the main markets and restaurant district is a 15 min walk away. The wifi worked great. Taxi from the aiport was 200,000, but the return was only 105,000 and arranged by the guard outside the apartments. There was free use of washer and dryers on the top floor (we bought laundry soap at a nearby Family Market).

On going construction all day, very loud. Warning!
2 bd and 2 ba apartment very comfort for family of 4. The apt. well equipped. Stay there for 9 days it seems long, due to the loud construction next door. The things I didn't like about this place on going contruction next door( very loud from 7am-5pm), there a lot of tiny black ants and spider. I received a lot of bites from those ants.

Other then the odd check in, or lack thereof this hotel rocks! Close to everything, great neighborhood and tons of space for a family of 4 to relax in. Restaurants, coffee shops and basic amenities are within a 5 min walk.
