Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Walls splatter with ? and worn. Bathroom has mold around sink and in shower area. Under bed was very dirty with debris. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs work. Floors are dirty. Needed to go to front desk multiple days because housekeeping for got to leave coffee or shorted us towels. No place to put luggage and no real clothing storage in room. More space is given to kitchenette than clothing storage so we lived out of suitcases on the floor.

I am fairly easy going, but this place was old and smelled of wet carpet. I got a non-smoking room but it smelled like people have smoked in there before. The shower curtains were smelly, moldy and pink at the bottom and water got through them and made a mess on the floor. The towels were small and dingy colored. There was not a garden terrace to enjoy. It was just a bunch of untamed plants and one chairs to sit on. It wasnt spacing or clean. Not a place I would go to relax.
Some positives: The "advertised" pictures of the property were great. The Air Con works well. The bedding was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent. Its around local eateries and convenient stores. Some staff are nice and helpful and some are quite stoic. I will not be staying here again, nor would i recommend it.

WC malfunctioned twice during my 8-day stay.
Long bath is only half enclosed, hence water is spilled onto toilet floor.
Bar cabinet does not have a top light.
Morning breakfast is disappointing, staff started to keep servings immediately when informing dining guests at 9:15am that closure time in 15 minutes (i.e. 9:30am).
Generally, hotel staff English competency is very low - lower than Japanese and Taiwanese hotel staff.
