The place is nice and clean. The air conditioning works very good and cool. Location is closed to mall and share parking lots with a restaurant.

The price for the stay was very good price . The areas was clean and the room was nice and comfortable. The guest services was wonderful at checking in and checkout.

I checked in and the tv and refrigerator didn’t work in my room so they gave me a different room. Then they checked in another family and gave them access to my room. A whole family of 5 waltzed into my room and they apologized and said who are you again so we can fix it in the computer. The facility is also run down and I had to beg for towels. Don’t stay here.

This hotel is old , dirty, and, unsafe. The room had a musty smell, the bathroom was dirty and there were shady people walking around outside the hotel.

Always stay here when we visit the Webster area. They are a very comfortable place. Great place for family with special needs kids too!

I'm in NM and my husband just got out of the hospital in Houy, he was walking. The front desk, a man and a woman, said they didn't have it THEN charged me! Would NOT give a refund AND ITS THEIR FAULT! They would not take responsibility! Very very poor service, they'll rob you, watch out!

The heater in our room didn’t work, the floors were sloped so the drawers on the dresser would open and didn’t stay closed, the bathrooms are tiny and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable at least for me. Oh, and there was a dead squished bug on the ceiling above the bed. The staff was friendly though.

Easy to get to. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nasa. Plenty of dining options nearby and a couple of malls. Also quite close to Kemah boardwalk area.

We bought a new car and had it parked in the hotel parking lot. Someone stole our license plate. Management said they were not liable for any theft and they would not honor a free night for us to stay another day to sort out the issue (it was Sunday). There was also a domestic violence issue going in that caused us to feel unsafe.
