The toilet was terrible and wouldnt flush unless the lid was off the tank. Shower had several cracks and the curtain bar was coming down so the shower curtain wouldnt stay shut. Sheets and carpet felt dirty. Pool was filthy.
FILTHY AND DISGUSTING……
Musty, Humid Mold in the room, moist bed sheets and they are dirty because there is hair in the bed and it’s not mine. Furniture is filthy even the doors are dirty and sticky…. Bugs and roaches coming out of plugs, which are very unsafe and falling apart. Shower even had hair that was not mine in it meaning it had not been cleaned very NASTY and manager wouldn’t change rooms even though I complained as soon as I got into the room…. Phone in the room didn’t even work….
It was perfectly situated for our visit to the Space Centre which was just across the road from it.
There were also coffee houses and eating places within walking distance.
The hotel is located right across the road from the NASA Johnson Space Center. The area is safe, and the staff is extremely nice. I had no problems with cleanliness, water pressure, toiletries, noise, smell, or any other issues reported in other reviews.
It was convenient to the Johnson Space Center. It advertised that it had a free breakfast but the choices were almost laughable. Two kinds of kids cereal, coffee, empty juice machine and a waffle machine that caused the fire alarm to go off. We left and got our breakfast down the street. No water pressure in the shower, no conditioner provided, very thin towels.
The floors were so thin we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around most of the night. We will not stay here again.
The only things this property has going for it are its price and location. Their breakfasts, which consisted of stale muffins, stale cereal, bagels and waffles, were not good (coffee was ok). Their room cleanings were infrequent but mostly good enough and probably typical of chain hotels.
Quiet atmosphere when I entered my room it smelled like cigarettes took a shower and it was gone still threw me off would def stay there again very close to fast food and gas stations.

Staff interaction was quite limited. If you had a problem or concern there was hardly anyone there to speak to about your concerns. I saw tiny roaches cascading down the walls of my bathroom. The toilet was non functional some days. The ‘breakfast’ should not have been listed as a convenience. It consisted of coffee and muffins and toast. Idk when I hear breakfast I’m thinking of much more. Overall quite poor. I would definitely not be staying there again.

This is a 2-star hotel. My room desperately needs remodel. Poor quality pillows, coffee maker in lobby breakfast area was broken. No one at front desk to ask for coffee for room. Expected more.

No coffee for breakfast. Poor breakfast service. In the room no tea option, refrigerator was broken, curtains were broken, only one coffee bag for a two guest room. But the beds were good and the air condition also. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend this place. It is not expensive but at least you expect to have a coffee for breakfast.

I booked this hotel because of the price and the location. We were coming in from Florida and heading to NASA in the morning. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get in until about 9:15 pm. Maybe that's a good thing because the hotel is stuck in the past. The decor was super old, the pool was filthy, and it smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very approachable. When asking whether we just left the keys in the box to check out, the man at the counter rolled his eyes at me like I should have known that. I'm glad we only stayed the night and not a minute longer. I don't know how the brand Wyndham is attached to this location.

The pool was so rough that it tore our feet up to the point that our feet started bleeding and they don’t have housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t even get the trash out of the room the next morning and I had to go to the laundry room to get more towels and wash clothes because they only had 2 of each and nobody was at the front desk to ask for them. And they only had 1 washing machine and 1 dryer and they didn’t work. I highly would not recommend staying there

The property was quite that's a plus But the toilet ran all night, the television didn't show. I thought Wyndham hotels served meat and eggs for breakfast that's part of the reason for me staying at Wyndham hotels and if not please let me know

This property needs major renovations. It simply was not clean enough for me to even consider staying again. The top sheets were stained possibly from heat. I was too afraid to sleep under the covers, but I did strip down the bed before leaving, and I’m certain the sheets beneath the mattress cover were NOT CLEAN. The attendant was nice enough, but this is not a place that I would stay again.

We stayed 4 nights, 5 days and only received housekeeping 1 day. We asked why and they said due to shortage of staff. This should have explained this when we booked. Also rooms were not as nice as the ones that were on their website. The lady at the front desk was rude and the breakfast was horrible. We had breakfast elsewhere.
