We showed up at the hotel at check in time (3pm) and they were overbooked and didn’t have us a room. We were told to come back in 30-40 minutes so they could get rooms cleaned. When we returned there were about 20 other people waiting in the lobby to check in and we were then told if you didn’t book your room thru the hotel we were not guaranteed a room. After waiting another 30-40 minutes and no room we finally cancelled and left. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel.

So far I have killed two roaches. Sink keeps clogging, toilet keeps clogging and service is slow. 4 floors, 2 floors are missing ice machine and 2 are broken. Elevator is sketchy. Called front desk for maintenance for everything clogging and am still waiting 40 minutes later 😬 Workers are nice tho.

Lots of remodeling but very convenient to anything that you should need. Denny’s is not open so don’t count on eating there. The staff was very friendly and pleasant while checking in.

This property is under repair and serious construction. The swimming pool is covered and closed. With weather already hot (hi 80s) that pool should be open. No excuse. I booked this hotel to rest and relax. I can do neither. The front door to my room cannot be deadbolt locked the mechanism was definitely damaged and new door lock does not align with the door jam.
