Property Amenities
Guests can access the Circle Centre mall and Indiana Convention Center via enclosed skywalks without ever having to step outside. Other popular attractions, such as Monument Circle, Conseco Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and White River State Park, are within a half-mile. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is just six miles away.
The revolving Eagle's Nest restaurant combines award-winning cuisine with sky-high views, while One South Restaurant serves American cuisine with an Italian flair for breakfast and lunch. A casual lounge is on the lobby level of the hotel, which was renovated in January 2012. For fitness and relaxation, the hotel offers an indoor pool, spa tub, 24-hour health club, and sauna. Spacious guestrooms provide impressive views of the downtown skyline. All 499 rooms feature the Hyatt Grand Bed: Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 250-thread-count triple sheeting, down blanket, decorative throw, and an array of European, roll, and throw pillows.
Rooms offers safes, cable TV with pay movies, and wireless and wired Internet access (surcharge). iHome clock radios/docking stations are bedside. Desks come with ergonomic chairs. Eagle's Nest - Revolving restaurant with panoramic city views. Located on 21st floor. Voted "Most Romantic Restaurant in Indianapolis." Gourmet steaks and seafood. Dinner highlights may include New York Strip, Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, Filet Mignon Stuffed with Crab Meat, and Steak Paired with Lobster. Extensive wine list. Dinner nightly. Reservations recommended.
Level One - Upscale lobby-level lounge with more than a dozen plasma TVs and a video wall. Signature martinis and classic cocktails. Savory bar menu, including Seared Ahi Tuna, Jumbo Onion Rings, Mini Meatball Subs, and Caesar Salad.
One South Restaurant - Treat your tastebuds to American cuisine with an Italian flair at One South. This bright, contemporary restaurant is built around serving healthy, fresh, and flavorful cuisine for breakfast and lunch. From the warm Paninis to the enhanced made-to-order pasta station, One South offers something for everyone.
Recreation
The hotel features a large indoor pool with a spa tub. A wall of windows admits abundant natural light. The Hyatt Stay Fit Gym, open 24 hours, includes cardio machines with individual TV monitors, resistance equipment, free weights, exercise balls, and chilled towels.
Less than four blocks from the hotel, runners and walkers can access the historic Canal Path. Complimentary jogging maps are available at the concierge desk.
White River State Park, about a half-mile away, offers waterfront trails, bicycle rentals, picnic grounds, the Riverfront Promenade, and wide, grassy areas. The park is also home to the Indianapolis Zoo, the Indiana State Museum, the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, and Victory Field, known as America's best minor-league ballpark.

“Great stay!”
Hotel was very clean and nice. Rooms were excellent and beds were comfortable; the in-room refirgerator was an especially nice amenity.

Very friendly people; Hotel Lobby completely remodeled looks very "boutique" style.
“Great Hotel Close to Downtown Attractions”
The hotel staff was wonderful. The revolving restaurant on the top floor was pricey but well worth it. The only complaint was that access to the internet was done through T-Mobile so there was a 9.99 daily charge. When most hotels are offering free WiFi, having to pay was a little annoying.
“Best hotel staff; extremely helpful”
The staff at the Hyatt was unusually helpful at every stage. The front desk people went out of their way to be helpful and when asked for directions to a local restaurant, they called to get us a table. Throughout the weekend, multiple staff persons continued to go the extra step from trying to clarify a mix up with the reservation to assisting with luggage. Some of these helpful tasks are considered generally part to the hotel staff's job but isn't always found in all hotels anymore. Overall a really good experience.

“Loved It!”
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. It was an amazing value for the price. We loved it and will stay there anytime we are in Indy. I would also highly recommend taking the horse drawn carriage ride. The way the skywalks connect everything make it a great place to stay. You can walk to all the great places in town without ever going outside. Indy is a great destination!
“Very Clean and Great Location”
Great experience, my room smelled SO clean everytime I opened the door. The decor was really pretty. I felt like it was a fantastic hotel. If ever I am in Indianapolis again I would stay there without a doubt. Great Location!!
