"I had 3 times check-ins & outs to this hotel as i loved it as apartment hotel, like home, equipped with washing machine which I needed it most as my travel time was long and I couldn’t carry enough clothings. Cooking was also needed as it could save me money. Hotel allowed to store my luggage there while I travelled to other cities. "Really enjoyed our stay, my only drawback was I couldn't get the shower to work in 212. It was a dribble that then became nothing. Forgot to mention at check out 🙈. Staff were all friendly and helpful in a non-imposing way. Impressive decor, cleanliness and shagpile for a hotel."

"I ended up upgrading my room to a deluxe twin because the room I originally booked had a skylight and not a window. But if you like to sleep in a dark quiet room it would probably be a great option! The rooms are clean, well designed and the staff were really helpful, they even took pity on me for my 24 hours of transit and delivered some wine. The property is also in a great location. Will be staying again "

"Wow! this place was fantastic, perfect 5 minute walk from the underground (Kings Cross) then your at the hotel. Though we had a 10 minute wait to get in our room (G1) is was definitely worth it. Spotlessly clean and with a new kettle and plenty of tea/coffee. The bed was really comfortable with fresh clean linen as too was the bathroom with clean towels and once again the chromed items were immaculate. I knew the hotel had had a complete overhaul but this was another level. We will soon be back...
