“Good place to stay”
The hotel is really well located- the metro is literally in front of the hotel. It can be a bit noisy- but nothing to worry about. As with all hotels, the mini-bar prices were high, but the neighborhood offered plenty of places to eat and drink cheaply. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and we would go back there in a heartbeat. It is listed as 5 star, however I think that is a bit generous, as I work in the industry. It met all our needs. The pool area is clean, and we enjoyed our time in the clean water.

Staff provided very good service. All were polite and good English which was very helpful to us. Nice rooms, very roomy and nice pool area. One suggestion, keep the pool open until at least 9 o'clock.

“Not a five star”
This hotel is not a five star hotel. rooms are small and the ones facing the street are very noisy. When asking to move from a noisy room to a quieter one, we got the run around and front desk service was sub par. Any information we gathered about buses and trams, we had to drag out of them. Unhelpful to say the least. They need a course in customer service. The dining room for breakfast was acceptable but the waiters who get coffee and tea will not get it for you if you are a woman. The pool was for decoration as it was unheated and there were no lounge chairs to sit on. I would not recommend this hotel.
“Don't stay here !!!”
The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely horrible !!!! There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls and various fixtures. The elevator floor was filled with dried-on gum. The traffic in front of the hotel was horrific which obviously made it difficult to sleep. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. It did not live up to 5 star quality standards.

Hotel is old and is poor in quality fit out . This hotel actually only rate 3 star only
