Throughout my stay, I encountered numerous instances where the staff members were unhelpful, indifferent, and at times, outright rude. This lack of professionalism and courtesy greatly detracted from the quality of service expected from a hotel of your caliber

It was my 10th anniversary. My room was upgraded with beautiful view top floor, very cute they had me balloons and rose petals. The hotel is so reachable to food shops transportation, friendly manner of staff is also a bonus. Only thing I would say the air con can be better and also the fridge can also be better.
