Wherever I lay my hat.
The reception at the hotel was luke warm to say the least . It was hardly a heartfelt welcome rather a few solemn words. Had a couple of drinks at the attached ‘Irish’ bar. This was possibly the least authentic Irish bar that I have ever been to . Rap music was played and the only thing Irish about it was a few plastic Guiness signs . Absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever. Breakfast was okay . Not a great choice but compared to other Turkish hotels just average. In essence the hotel is nothing to rave about . Just somewhere to lay your hat for the night.

Current construction in area means you can’t walk to hotel. Waited more than 30 mins for shuttle. COVID check process is over the top. HES code and Temp would have been sufficient not another form which they could have emailed in advance, Lack of English spoken, which is surprising and an airport hotel. Won’t stay there again.

Great location, nice hotel, wonderful showers
Fantastic location - walking distance to train station (the train connects to airport) and right next to a large walking district that goes quite a ways down the coast, with tons of coffee shops, meze bars, and restaurants with ocean views. The rooms are clean and modern, the beds were comfy, and this was the most glorious shower this American tourist experienced in all of Turkey.

Do not stay at this hotel! Staff is not friendly!
I read a lot of reviews regarding this hotel and most of the recent ones were positive. However, I don’t know how they can rate such hotel with positive reviews. I don’t often write reviews but let me tell you that you shouldn’t lose your money on this place. Staff is rude and don’t know any English which it’s odd because many tourists are English-speaking. They don’t help you with the luggage at all and there are some stairs if you bring a lot of baggage. They assume you know everything about the hotel, including wifi and don’t explain anything at all. I politely asked for an additional towel and they didn’t want to give me one. They were very rude when I asked because it was against their rules. The restaurant downstairs is empty or closed. I asked about tours and they couldn’t provide me any information. A/C was not cooling enough. The room is so small that it felt like a box. Plus, there was a big column in the middle of our room. The room also had a bad smell coming from the bathroom like rotten food. As I said, I don’t often write reviews but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. I think it is a tourist trap in my opinion and many reviews are either fake or not well-experienced travelers. On a positive note, the location is close to train stations and to many restaurants. Try staying in another hotel such as Hilton or Renassaince. You’ll thank me later! Be sure to plan your tours in advance because this hotel doesn’t train their staff well.

Parking storey is very closed, only 30 meter away and acceptable cost daily, only 25 TL. Hotel location is perfect. Cleanliness and comfortablity are excellent. I strongly recommended.

Chic and Comfortable; Excellent Value
In a great location, in the heart of a central, buzzing shopping and dining district, this is a small and chic hotel that has been trendily styled and equipped to a high standard. My room was small but comfortable; the bathroom was also very small and a bit restrictive for a broad-shouldered guy like myself, but very well designed to make best use of the space and equipped with the highest quality fittings that included the largest rain-shower head I've ever encountered in any hotel. Most importantly (for my showering enjoyment) the water was hot but controllable, and the water pressure was great too. Breakfast was a good selection that was regularly refreshed, although my one disappointment that fruit juices were only available at an additional cost. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, always available yet largely unobtrusive. All areas seemed to be exceptionally clean. This hotel represented excellent value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to return, or to recommend wholeheartedly.

This hotel's location is superb for the visitors in Izmir as one can easily reach the seaside and the beauty of Kordon with a 2 mins walk. On the other hand, city train (izban) is also close, reachable with a 5mins walk. All in all, I had a very nice experience as a guest. Thanks a lot and congratulations.

Bu otelde ulaşımın kolay olması nedeni ile tercih ederek daha öncede konaklama yapmıştım , ancak nedense Hotels.com dan yaptığım tüm rezervasyonlarda üst kat ve üst sınıf oda talep etmeme rağmen en alt kat dan basık tavanlı , havasız ve gürültüye en yakın oda verildi ve oda değişikliği talebi kabul edilmedi . Bir sonraki seyahatlerimde bu otelde konaklamayı düşünmüyorum .

Siz rezervasyonu yapmış olduğunuzda talebiniz görülmüştür fakat sadece tesisimizde 1. kattaki deluxe odada müsaitlik bulunmaktaydı. İş seyahatim nedeniyle bir gece konakladım. Bir gece önceden oteli arayıp sabah erken geleceğimi söyledim ve mümkün olursa odamı hazırlayabilirler mi diye sordum. Kibarca otelin dolu olduğunu mümkün olmadığını söylediler. Ancak sabah otele gittiğimde odamı hazırlamışlardı bu nezaketleri için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Oda temizdi ve temiz kokuyordu. Bana göre tek eksiği banyo bölümündeydi. Duş jeli yoktu. Ayrıca, bir kadın olarak otel şampuanlarından sonra saç kremi kullanma gereksinimi duyuyorum. Duş jeli, saç kremi ve normal krem gibi ürünler de eklerseniz daha güzel olacaktır. Yeniden gitsem yine tercih ederim teşekkürler.

Mükemmel konum
Otel konumu çok iyi, Alsancak merkezi konumda. Alsancak vapur iskelesi, gar çok yakın. Otel personeli yardımsever, odamız tertemiz idi. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Tekrardan İzmir’e gelirsem tercih ederim. Fiyat diğer otellere göre uygun.
