They don't clean the room and toilets very well. cups and glasses were left uncleaned almost every day of our stay. Water bottles were not provided, and tissue boxes were missing. The toilet floor was always sticky, and not cleaned. We felt most hotel staff are not well trained and sporting rude behavior. "
