Occupying 10 acres along a private beach, the Lodge and Club at Ponte Vedra Beach features Mediterranean-style decor with Spanish-tiled roofs, wrought-iron accents, and classic archways. An oceanfront bistro specializes in grilled seafood, and the Innlet Dining Room offers steaks, Italian fare, and coastal dishes. Guests enjoy 2 outdoor pools, a well-equipped health club with fitness classes, and privileges at 2 18-hole golf courses located at a nearby partner resort. Onsite recreation rentals include bicycles, boogie boards, and ocean kayaks. The resort's 13,000 square feet of meeting space accommodate up to 150 guests, and wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the property. A lobby shop sells resort wear, reading materials, and gifts. Complimentary valet parking is provided.
Rooms
The Lodge and Club at Ponte Vedra Beach offers 66 guestrooms and suites, all with oceanfront patios. Rooms feature 32-inch flat-screen TVs with premium cable channels and DVD players. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Marble-accented bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers and separate jetted tubs, bathrobes, slippers, scales, and phones. A 13,500-square-foot health club includes an outdoor lap pool, spa tub, sauna, steam room, strength-training and cardio equipment, free weights, and more than 45 complimentary weekly group fitness classes. An additional outdoor pool is adjacent to the resort's private beach, and ocean kayaks, bicycles, boogie boards, and surf boards are available for rent. Guests enjoy privileges at 2 18-hole golf courses at the partner resort Ponte Vedra Beach Inn & Club.

“Great”
Excellent in all respects
“Great Location”
Great hotel! Right on the beach and a short drive to Jacksonville. The service was wonderful and facility was terrific. We traveled with our 2 1/2 year old and the Lodge had daycare for a very reasonable rate. My wife and I were able to workout at the fitness center while our child was in good hands. The only drawback is the lodge was a bit pricey for meals but the food was delicious. Overall we had a great week at the Lodge and Club.
“The place to stay”
The Lodge at Ponte Vedra was great. We had an oceanfront suite which was very comfortable and had a fireplace, a huge travertine marble bathroom with separate toilettes, enclosed shower and a huge bathtub. I loved the high quality toiletries, the very friendly and responsive staff. Our room was a bit of a walk from the main building, but I'd rather walk a little than spend my time waiting for elvators in huge skyscrapers on the beach. Ponte Vedra is beautiful and one of the rare places left on the coast that is still scaled for individuals. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great our room was wonderful. It was nice to wake up every morning to see the beautiful white sand beach. Staff provided +service from the time we arrived until we left. Bell shows you to your room, they are ready to help with any reservations you may need and turn down service every night with chocolate and a seashell. The entire hotel is very clean and staff very professional. We can't wait to go back.
“lovely place to stay”
I was so happy with this place,stayed for three nights and four days.The only complaint was that one night we had in room dining and one entrea was not cooked properly.Every room had a great view.Friendly staff and very helpful, they booked a spa day for us and horse back riding on the beach.Great memories!

“A little piece of heaven....”
This was a trip made with my 3 children, ages 21,18 and 12 after the death of their Dad in February 2008. We came down for the Gator Bowl and "down-time". The beachside room gave us a very relaxing, comfortable, gorgeous view! We enjoyed the room immensely...roomy and clean! I was glad I upgraded to the beachside room...it truly was a piece of heaven! Room service was wonderful too! This gave our family a memorable way to begin 2009! Plus Nebraska won the Gator Bowl game...fabulous vacation!!

It is easy to see why The Lodge and Club at Ponte Vedra has earned itself a place on the Travel & Leisure Magazine's World's Best Hotels 2009. The staff could not have been more accomodating, the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. We went for a Girl's getaway weekend and also used the Spa at the Sister Property a mile up the road - amazing!! Families and couples would also enjoy this wonderful resort.
