1. check out took so long that i gave up and asked them to charge to my deposit. when i asked how long more as I had a car waiting, all i got was a stare from the front office guy murmuring... 2. air conditioner temperature setting out of order resulting in a very cold room.

The hotel cleaning is inconsistent. Someday we do not have toilet paper, someday hotel does not provide bottle drinking waters. The quality of hotel is not as good as I previously stayed before pandemic.

Great service and quality
Hotel lobby service and counter service were friendly and helpful. It has a complimentary welcome drink from the lounge which is great. Imagine arriving and sitting down in a cosy lounge with a cold drink! Hotel room is clean and spacious with sufficient amenities. Breakfast spread is good with a small add fee for 2 person. Hotel is located next to a small mall where there are F&B which offer other choice of food if you required. Great service and quality.

Amazing!Every hotel should train their prople at Kemayoran HolidayInn. We always stay here. Great locaton, free shuttle to some places. Comfortable beds with choics of pillows. Food excellent and good variety. Small mall next door. Management here in every catagory is the best. Very friendly

The room was spacious and clean. They have a great swimming pool area where you can swim or just sit and relax. Hope they improve the selection of breakfast and also the bacon was too hard to chew.

Hotel location is convenient for visitors who intend to visit exhibitions close to the Jakarta Internal Expo centre. Rooms are generously sized, clean and everything looks new!

Decent establishment, good breakfast
Tucked away off a busy road, this Holiday Inn is pleasantly sheltered from traffic and noise. The adjacent shopping mall makes it easy to hunt for food and necessities, but better to do so in day light for female guests. Room is clean and of adequate size. Breakfast has both Indonesian and western options, and dishes are varied everyday (during my 4-night stay). The night before check-out I approached the Concierge to arrange transport to airport, but decided to opt for Blue Bird Taxi eventually at a local friend's recommendation. To my utmost shock on the morning of checkout, I was informed by the Reception that my BlueBird booking was cancelled. It's hard not to suspect that "someone" canceled my taxi booking after I canceled the booking of hotel transport. What a shame - I could have been better impressed by Holiday Inn Kemayoran.

The front desk was not helpful at all, seems didn't care about their guest at all. But restaurant staff is very helpful and giving good service during our stay.
