The hotel staffs are very friendly. Its just opposite the police station and Clinic. Lobby is located at 8 floor and below is a Trade centre shopping mall which sell alot of commerical Heavy machinery. The hotel abit run down. the door does not close tight. it will only close tight when you need some force to slam the door which make a lot of noise and will disturb the rest of the guest staying there. The rain shower joint leaking water.

Location is not so ok. Historical landmarks are at least 1km away, shopping center is for technical stuff not like normal shopping center. About cleanliness towels and sheets were dirty. Everyday we got dirtier towels. There was dead cockroache in room and after 1 night room service didn't clean that up. Under bed were bottles and plastic. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel and service okay. AIR CONDITIONING not okay. Reception okay. Toilet small. A big size guy will find it extremely difficult because no place to move when sitting on the commode. The hotel is in the 8th floor of a condominium. Lift available and good. Daily room cleaning.

The room was probably about 21 m sq. Nice bathroom and inside the bathroom there is a separate shower room with door. Hot water worked very well. Water pressure and volume were working well. The hotel was located on top of Glodok LTC so the hotel is from levels 8 to 10. The rooms were on levels 9 and 10. In the middle and outside of floors 9 and 10 there were imitated parks and gyms (with table and seats). On each floor, there were several sofas usually located near the lifts and the main stairs (since there were many stairs). Each floor was huge. To imagine how huge it was, two floors equal about 200 rooms so in average 100 rooms a floor + the parks to put the unit air conditioners of each room to do the maintenance + the sofa sections + gyms. Lunch buffet everyday was 45000 Rupiahs per person. It is useful for people who come to the hotel at 12 and have to wait for 2 hours to come inside the hotel room. Breakfast included in the room was about 40000 rupiahs each but if not included must pay 66000 Rupiahs. Too many guests at the hotel made the breakfast experience very bad: couldn't even get eggs and toasted breads, queueing, etc. Lunch buffet was good only 1-2 people there and cheaper too. Glodok LTC from levels UG2, UG, G2, G, 1 to 7 had almost everything. Outside the LTC and hotel, many prostitutes (Glodok is one of Jakarta's red light districts). Close to go to Tugu Monas, Presidential Palace by Grab/Gojek. Wifi not working.

Checking in was done swiftly. Room is clean with basic amenities in the toilet. Breakfast was ok but can improve as menus are almost similar daily. TV channels and quality need improvements, as its limited with snowy receptions. Simple, no-frills hotel. Kudos!
Good: Wifi in room. Water dispensers located in the corridors. Clean and bright. Very welcoming to guests. Budget food options all around. The city's public bus network's, TransJakarta, bus stop is only 5 minutes away. Staff spoke good english. Water pressure from the shower head is terrific. Bad: I've said this in my previous review many years ago and I shall say it again. They should have install hooks on the wall to hang clothes and what not. They do have a neat place for that just above the save, but I find it not that practical.

Disappointing Stay
The toilet pipe was leaking and the floor was constantly wet. The room was not cleaned and when I questioned the staff, the reply was I didn't inform them the need to clean by placing the instruction sign on the door! I was also locked out of the room after one night of stay .... I spent 3 times going up and down from my room to the counter to replace the card but still cannot open the door ... finally, I was being told that I haven't paid! Eventhouh the booking indicated clearly payment will be made upon check out! This is a disappointing stay for me ...

You shoud stay in Fave hotel LTC
Paid for S$25/night. I had a pleasant stay here. I order for non-smoking room, but I was given smoking room instead. Surprisingly, the room smells good. There was no trace of cigarette smell at all. I had a comfortable stay there. The shower area is big. Grohe brand. clean too.

Nice Hotel But Forgetful Staff
Overall, my 1 night stay in this hotel were satisfying. But I have one complaint: The staff weren't able to deliver the meal plate I requested directly (not via phone). I am waiting for almost 1 hour for the plate and still the hotel didn't give us.
