the room is slightly small but overall is ok. Location wise is good not far away from airport. Also beside the hotel is a shopping mall can easily find a dining there don’t need to headache about the traffic.

Overall good location, connected to shopping malls.
Hotel reception check in/out, restaurant & spa services was good.
Hotel room quite dirty, when check-in the room seem dirty, like never been vacuum for ages. Daily room service just left all the bottles of our empty mineral bottles in the room. Just throw rubbish & make bed only. The towels all look greyish instead of white in colour, old and some have holes.
Not really valued for the price paid for.

The toilet ‘open concept’, I don’t like it especially when you have your children in the room too. Also the single bed is very small even for average size man, when I stay at this ‘level’ of hotel.

our stay in this hotel where we had 2 rooms was good.
except for a few repairs of the toilet and lights everything else was great. the pool was not as expected they need to spruce up and clean the tiles which were all stained.

I received excellent service and support from the staffs in the executive lounge during my business meetings . Special mentioned , Roger and Bella. They made sure my meeting went smoothly by getting all my contracts scanned and printed out in no time. I have full confidence in holding my business meetings there in the near future.

I arrived early at around 11a but I still got my room with early arrival. The hotel has a fun and modern feel. My room was clean and I liked the open layout. The mattress was just hard enough and not too soft. The pillows were big & supportive. It's right next to a big mall so it was convenient to find food options. I also utilize the gym a few times. I liked the Les Mills bike that has on demand classes that you can follow. Got good workout from that.

My last few stayed commented the shower heater is not working well, hot and cold. This time seems to have been fixed.
The only think I still dislike is having an eerie woman portrait facing the bed I think they should take it off. I have a few friends who stayed there all commented on it. Staying hotel priority is to get good rest and not waking up and seeing a woman staring at you.
Interior I will only rate this only a 3* max a 3.5 (if a 9.5 exist) time to refurbish as well.
Location is fantastic near to a big mall you can get everything there.

Honestly ? Pullman are you sure.
The room was very small & Queensize was so small my boyfriends feet were hanging out of the end of bed ( only 6FT tall) The breakfast food was cold & tasteless & overall extremely disappointing. Only the fresh omelette & croissant was acceptable. The coffee was acceptable. The Chinese & indonesian food was the worst experienced in a hotel. I even had to spit the food out more than once. We are both frequent business travelers & rarely complain but this needed to be said for 4 Star Pullman standards. Also the drinks staff were a little pushy & the drinks were overpriced. Maybe that is why we were the only people in the bar. 4 staff & 2 customers!

Pullman Central Park has been my regular hotel before pandemic. The shower heater which was a problem I have raised before, gets hot and cold. It’s very uncomfortable to take a shower like this and hope they fix this issue soon.

Room was actually so comfortable but we arrived at 15.00 and the room is still not available (they havent clean the checked out room). We have to wait around 30 minutes. And alot of people was waiting longer too. Luckily the hotel connected to the mall.
