It’s a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Staff are rude and unhelpful to even the most basic requests; if you arrive early they refuse to let you use the facilities, any of them, the only thing they will allow you to do is pay and eat at the restaurant. And even that they make it seem like they’re doing you the biggest favour. The bedroom walls are paper-thin, you can literally hear people having a conversation in the next room. The pool and fitness area are an absolute joke. With a thousand other hotels in the area, you can certainly find better options.

In general, it’s a nice experience and the staff is friendly. However, a few things needed to be improved. There is a few stain on the bed sheet; the design of the tub and water tap in the toilet makes the water splashes to the body every time, no matter how small you turn on the tap; my room is the nearest room to the elevator, I can hear everyone talk while they are waiting for the elevator, the soundproofing needs to be improved.

Nice hotel, only a couple of things to improve, The TV does not work well with the service that they use and having to pay for parking each time you are picked up by a car or taxi is a bit annoying even though it is a minimal amount. Otherwise staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

First of all, never trust Expedia for a booking in Asia! This is a nice hotel, only three complaints. TV system really sucks, buffers and you have to restart constantly. Second bathroom is dark and has no exhaust fan. Third, you have to pay for a driver to pick you up and getting to the hotel is tough due to mall traffic.

Strategically Located (connected to Dharmawangsa Mall, nearby to Kemang Village Mall, Senayan Plaza/City, Pacific Place, etc). Normal business hotel, but very well supported by the facilities at Dharmawangsa Mall (i.e. small mall with supermarket, coffee bean, Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy, reflexology centre, etc etc). Mosque is about 700 m away. All perfect!

Expensive, small deluxe room, worst service ever
Fast moving ants, smaller room even deluxe room booked compared to Grandhika deluxe room and twice as expensive. Smoked 1 cigarette and they asked for 1 million Rupiah which was absolutely ridiculous and the hotel lobby is 1/3 size of Grandhika. I called the technician manager because the TV wasn’t working and they never came. Worst experience ever paying such a high price which I regret. The quality of the food is bad and stale. Will never stay here again for sure.

Nice business class hotel connecting to Mall
Second time in this hotel and was given a nice upgrade to business room. Pleasantly surprised by it as the extra room is appreciated. There are still small little ants on the window table though, same as the previous stay though. Apart from that, the general cleanliness of the room is acceptable. The breakfast has improved for this time round. Maybe due to the fasting month, the amount of food needed to prepare is lesser and tasted better. Curiously, the connecting door to the mall is closed this time round and we had to go out thru the main door and re-enter the mall. Would like to re-visit on my next trip as the staffs there are execellent.

Business class hotel attached to Mall
Booked 101 for 4 nights in May, for a deluxe room with a King bed. The room is pretty small and hardly have any walking space with 2 luggages. The cleanliness is suspect as well, as there are ants often seen crawling on the narrow site table. Room reminds me of those from budget IBIS hotels. The breakfast is pleasant but pretty basic. Wanted to upgrade to a bigger room but unfortunately the hotel was full during the period. The good thing is that it is attached to Darmawangsa Square and basic amenities is easy available from the supermarket there. There a some restaurants in there but is a quite a quiet mall. Most shops close by 8pm.

We stayed in 101 Sedayu Dharmawangsa in the Executive room for almost a couple weeks for vacation. The Hotel is nice and comfortable, however it was hard to find the parking. We always have to pay Rp 5000 only for turning around to pick-up up/drop-off. I hope the hotel management will be able to give the free parking fee for the Taxi/ Grab who only pick-up/drop-off the Hotel Guest. The breakfast is always nice as usual, the pastry was even better than Marriot Jakarta and Hotel Tentrem in Jogya. I remembered, with very good coco pastry & donuts. The room was very comfortable, very clean & nice. I remembered the Cleaner guy with name Syamsi who always asked us if we need extra the bottles of water. It kind of great services for the guest from this Hotel. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you!More

U.S customer not very satisfied
I gave two thumbs up for the house keeping and their personel. They are very helpful and fully understand what the customer expectations. However, there are some of personel from front desk and bell boys did not understand their duties. A member of families leave a two bags containing fresh foods at the front desk it supposed to send them to my room immediately but, I did not get those bags until later in the evening, consequently, the food become spoiled and sour. Therefore, those food become wasted. Thanks to your front desk and bell boys. I hope next time my visit will be better experience.

On April had the distinct pleasure of staying 3 nights at this superb hotel, travelled on business. Which is connected to an exclusive lifestyle citywalk called Darmawangsa Square, it has more than 100 retail stores. My stay was absolutely perfect. From the kind, courteous, and professional front deck staffs, exceptionally Ms. Deviana, wish many other hotels in the world has staffs like her, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas plus the breakfast buffet my experience was nothing less than exceptional.

It has good value
It's economical business hotel. It's not as good as Mulia Hotel but has value as much as Mulia Hotel with cheap prcie. I may use this hotel again when I get back to Jakarta Indonesia again.

Cockroaches found in my room and toilet. Room set up and design is nice. Breakfast buffet was bad. Tasteless and not much variety. The room service food are better but less choice.

Highly recommended!
I was surprised to find out that this hotel was so clean for the price. It was close to amenities as well and that was a huge plus. It was quiet and had a beautiful view!

Nice n new hotel
My stay was pleasure. Nice big room with not bad breakfast. It's a quite new hotel which is linked to small shopping square and surrounded by restaurant, cafe and etc. The only disadvantages for me is take me more than 45 minutes travel back to hotel from Sudirman area.
