However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival. The location is great not only because it's close to the historic district, but also because it's one block back off the main road making it way more quiet than the other similar hotels. The staff here is accommodating, welcoming, and responsive. The one thing that could be improved would be adding small refrigerators in the rooms.
