"Older property but very clean. It’s nothing fancy but it’s comfortable, centrally located in town, safe, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful! The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job and are also kind. Simplicity with hospitality! I enjoyed my stay!"

"Beautiful property in authentic home. Amazing breakfast prepared by proprietor David. A little hard to locate initially but convenient to all city attractions in beautiful neighborhood. I was in the "Roses" room. Be aware that A/C unit is just behind this 1st floor room...so it can be a bit noisy. I would op for a 2nd floor room on my next trip."

10/10 Excellent

"I will stay here every time I am in Longview. The catering manager/ bartender was absolutely awesome & the front desk staff were great! Food was good and so was the bed. I slept well, not something I do often. They have a conference center which is large, clean & well appointed. I’m going back later this month."
