We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Jeju, as we needed to be near the airport after returning of rental car. They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning). There is a weighing scale at lobby - great for us trying to figure if we are overweight. When the central AC was a bit warm - we just called frontdesk and they turned on the AC blower unit so that was perfect. Just to say - this hotel is a 20 mins bus ride from Jeju Airport (the taxi queue was CRAZY) and so we just hopped onto bus for 1150 won /pax - bus stops right across from Hotel Leo. Next morning, hotel booked me a taxi and it was 5500 won / 10 mins ride to airport. Please do consider staying here if you need a convenient spot in Jeju City! I can't wait to be back - Thank you Hotel Leo!

Impressive service from Helen
Room was alright but a little noisy however the service from Miss Helen compensated everything. She was most helpful & knowledgable. Her service is genuine and warm.

Recommended!
Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful 👍 Hotel location convenient, with a laundry self service shop nearby(note not on site). Our triple bed room was comfortable and clean.

Many food options nearby. Friendly front counter can recommend you local food. Bus to airport was only around 15 mins but cab right there only $5-6

Amazing friendly female receptionist
Amazing service from the friendly female receptionist. Very helpful and knowing my daughter sick, she bring us to the family clinic next to the hotel. She is very professional and helpful.

The hotel location is great but the condition of the hotel is below average for us as a couple. The room we were given was dusty, the LG styler smells moldy so we couldn't use it. The room temperature was warm but we were able to open the window.

The staff were extremely nice...valet parking was great. The room was spacious with a slight ocean view. Very close to a walking street with many restaurants.

Lovely hotel in Jeju
Lovely stay in Jeju. The hotel is close to shopping street and it’s in a very convenient location to explore the ‘new’ Jeju. The staffs are friendly, helpful and polite. Easy access to public transport. Highly Recommended!

All the front desk ladies speak excellent English. A special shout out to Helen who assisted with communicating to our car rental company and translated to English in a clear and concise manner. She provided very precise directions to a BBQ restaurant she recommended and it was indeed a very good one. Before the trip I was also writing in to inquire about check in and airport transfer and Hyo Jin from reservations was also very prompt with the responses. Hotel location is less than 10 mins drive to the airport and it is surrounded by a lot of eateries. On the whole I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Jeju City.

The free airport shuttle service was very easy and quick from the hotel. The staff members were very kind and helped with recommendations around the area. The hotel/room was very clean and comfortable and quiet during my stay. Thank you!

Hotel Leo is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because of the rooftop unfortunately it was closed for renovations during our stay. There was no announcement or sign around the hotel that it’s closed. We only learned it when we asked the front desk agent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property and room was lovely, spacious, and clean. Of course, getting to all the tourist attractions is a little difficult if you haven't rented a car but there were bus stops nearby to go to wherever I wanted to go so I was able to even if it took a while. But above everything what stands out is their main asset: Helen. She is amazing. The perfect face to represent their brand and hotel she makes each and every guest feel like a friend and goes above and beyond what I have ever received from any hotel manager. If you are in doubt of where to start with Jeju, look into staying at the Hote Leo as she will surely help you get settled in and feel comfortable. She also helps with bus routes, restaurant recommendations, and does it all with the brightest smile.

Great hotel with excellent staff! Location was very good for what we needed. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooftop restaurant is a must, even for just an evening cocktail - great views!!

My party of 2 had a wonderful stay at Hotel Leo. The room was clean and well kept. Special shout out to Helen for going above and beyond with her services. She gave us restaurant and shopping recommendations and always addressed all our questions and concerns. She is definitely amazing. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Comfortable downtown hotel
Hotel Leo was a little old, but well maintained and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. We especially loved the “styler” a kind of cleaning/ionizing cupboard that was thoughtfully provided in the room. Service staff could speak reasonably good English. Valet parking was available. Overall no complaints.

The hotel front desk staff, Jay and Helen, deserved my special mention for their outstanding care and attention to all guests. They were accommodating and patient in guiding me about good food and tour attractions nearby the hotel. They took pain to explain our choice of destinations to taxi drivers and pay attention to other detailed arrangements. We booked a room for a family of three and were greeted with three super size and comfortable beds in a good size room. Very impressed with the Italian restaurant on the rooftop, serving creative Italian food with local flavour. We couldn't have asked for more for our first-time trip to Jeju city and will recommend Hotel Leo to others.

Pleasant and clean hotel
Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a night stay as we have an early flight to catch the next morning. The hotel is just a 5 minutes drive to the airport. The hotel is pleasant and clean. They have a restaurant on the top floor which serves Italian food. We were given 1 complimentary welcome drink at the restaurant. Check in was very smooth. Staff by the name of Helen was exceptionally helpful. When we arrived she help us to unload our luggages and also brought them into the hotel Lobby. Our luggages were heavy but with 1 go she carried 2 of them in. Like wonder women. After check in, she even accompanied us to our room to make sure everything is in order before leaving. She even go out of the hotel to hail a taxi for us when she could not get through phone booking. This is exceptional service. Will stay at hotel again.
