We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. I picked this hotel so I will be close to the airport and car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice, clean and staff are friendly. However location may not suit everyone. Paid 22k for the breakfast but feel it's not worth it. Variety is limited and food quality can be improved. It's close to the airport and that just about it. It's inconvenient to get around to other parts of the city and usually require taxi or bus transfer.

Location was good, close to restaurants and convenient stores. It’s a very no frills hotel. The rooms unfortunately smelled fishy. The beds were also uncomfortable, but when we asked for an additional pillow and blanket, the front desk said no additional bedding was allowed, despite having extras. They were pretty rude about it and would not even look at you in the face when interacting with you.

Maybe it’s a culture differences but wasn’t expecting that the entire hotel’s guest room does not have aircon. The room felt rather warm even with the cold weather and we had to request for an electricity fan. Front desk are friendly but not all are well communicated in english. Lastly, the towel smells. I would recommend other hotel that is within the same vicinity.

Good location and clean, slightly stuffy in room
Overall, it was a pretty good stay with a very convenient location and free self parking. It does get a bit warm and stuffy even with the windows open during the winter/end-winter season as the hotel does not turn on the air-conditioning. Perhaps, the hotel could allow the window to be opened a bit more wider so that more air can come in during the night.

호텔의 전반적 컨디션은 일반 비지니스호텔 수준이었는데, 이렇게나 방음처리를 안 한 호텔은 처음 봤습니다. 깜짝 놀랄 수준이었는데, 옆방에서 슬리퍼끌며 걸어다니는 소리, 대화소리까지 거의 선명하게 들리는 정도였는데요. 옆 호실 사람들이 같은 방에 함께 있는 듯했습니다. 이 정도 수준으로 방음을 안 해둔 건 손님기만하는 게 아닌가 싶을 정도였습니다. 새로 리모델링이 필요한 거 같아요.

Stayed in the suite to get the jetted bathtub. It was deep and had many jets. Hard to find and exactly what I wanted. Requested early checkin and they demanded 10,000won per hour early. The room was ready and vacant, but they just wanted to fleece me for more money. Otherwise, I was very happy with my stay.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean and beautiful. The jacuzzi in the room worked like a charm. The pool was beautiful. The only thing was that, even though the pool was included we had to pay each time to use it to rent a swimming cap, which was required. We would have brought our own if we had known, and we couldn't find swim caps around Jeju CIty anywhere we looked. Overall, the place was beautiful, clean, and well kept. It would only be better if the price of the swim cap were included.

Location of this hotel is really good! It is in close proximity to most of the places we visited. There’s also a shopping street in walking distance. Had a difficult time looking for a parking spot in the carpark though, all the slots were taken up when we got back to the hotel at night.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay
This stay was absolutely great from checkin to checkout. The staff at the counter were cheerful and professional. The room were big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was layed out nice and fresh. All of the things I requested before sticks were done like a higher floor, extra towels, and more bottled water for 1000 korean won. The bread in the coffee shop was delicious and the manager was very hospitable. The pool was nice but I had no time to use it. Great parking and comfortable. You cannot hi wrong with this place. I will stay again.

Gem of a place
A real gem situated just off the fringe of the heart of the city. Clean, bright and fairly sized room with a nice view. Lobby area large and bright, better than many 4/5* hotels. A 7-11 store located just across is an added convenience. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately our room smelt like cigarette smoke, and it got worse throughout the night. We called the front desk to see if they could find out who was smoking as its not allowed but understandingly I doubt they could knock on doors at 1am. Just still sad that our room smelt so bad.

Not a huge issue but worth mentioning that you need to put the Please Make Up Room sign or the staff will not clean the room. Also the indoor swimming pool water was way too cold and the room even had cold air conditioning on. It was really disappointing for us because we looked forward to swimming everyday but it was too cold to do so. Other than that, the facilities, room and staff service were excellent. Definitely will stay again.

Modern hotel ( less than 1 year old ) location is close to airport but not much else . Disappointed overall as l felt staff only happy to do the basics particularly reception . Felt we were just treated as a number and staff only performed the minimum in effort to do their job
