Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. Room was spacious and clean. Can't comment much about the area as we just stayed 1 night but it's close to the airport and restaurants

Room is smelly and very stuffy as they have heater on all the time. There was a construction right in front of the hotel and it was so noisy all night, amenities are very minimal

Jeju is a beautiful island with lots to see and do. The Ramada is in a pretty good location.. not too far from the airport. The servers is great and the staff are wonderful.

The restaurant is very poor. I got sick from eating there. The place is maintained, but the place was noisy due to so many guests coming. The hotel check out time is 11AM which seems to be too early compared to other hotels nearby.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and well laid out. The staff at reception are very nice and very accommodating. I was afraid that it would be loud given the location, but it was not and very quiet. The location is excellent. Bustling Myeongdong is right outside the hotel door, and it’s very close to the subway. The coin laundry and lounge are very nice and convenient. We would definitely stay at 9 tree hotel again.

Great service
No frills apartment with basic rooms, good for a night's stay in Jeju city. It is walkable to several restaurants down the main road and valet parking was provided for free (just drive down to B1 of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was plenty of eateries around within walking distance of 10minutes. Bus stop was located infront of hotela dn they provided valet parking for hotel guests. The valet gentleman's were very approachable and friendly.

This hotel lobby is fine, but the rooms are dingy and depressing. The area around the hotel has high motor traffic and the nearby food opportunities include MacDonalds, KFC, 7-11, etc. It's not a tourist area, so English speakers are somewhat hard to find. Even at the hotel, the front desk staff had only limited English. It was hard to get directions to a restaurant which turned out to just be down the street. If you're going to JeJu, you probably want a different type of hotel--probably one on the beach. I wished that we had chosen a hotel out of the city. This location doesn't offer anything that you're likely to enjoy as a tourist.

Decent property in location convenient for food and transport. 7-11 attached to hotel is very useful. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable but the decor is a little dated.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Great location in the city. Simple but very affordable breakfast buffet. Special Note to the hotel: The electric car charging station in the parking lot does not work. I paid 12,000 won total for two attempts with the help of a kind front-desk person and parking lot attendant but did not get a charge. Still trying to get a refund from the charging company but no answer when I call.

Great stay, overall!!
It was our second time and we will be back again! However, the bed and pillows didn’t allow for the best sleep. Not sure what you can do to remedy, but would make a difference:)

The bus stop is in front of the building. The hotel was cheap and reasonable. The breakfast was expensive but had some american foods. Location in the best area as well. Free parking and 7-11 next door. McDonald's on block up. Will stay again. For sure.
