"The stay was good.
Breakfast is limited to Pastries, bread, waffles and yogurt. No proteins or water but super clean.
Stayed 3 nights and 4 days, room wasnt cleaned till the 3rd day.
For families, sofa bed was only a twin.
Washing machine was broke.
If visiting New York, plan 1 to 2 hours before scheduled time to get there. Traffic is heavy anytime of the day."

"I stayed for 3 nights and they did not come in after the 2nd night and get rid of the trash. I told the front desk and they said you have to request it. Yet they did it on Friday. I left a tip with a note for Friday. I also left a tip for Saturday and was gone all day and no one even came in my room. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was NOT on the door handle."

A bit noisy due proximately to light rail train depot."
"We stayed for 2 nights for a weekend visit to watch a few Broadway shows. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Free parking, free breakfast and a free shuttle to the train station for easy public transport into Manhattan! The breakfast was very nice with eggs, sausage, pancakes and potatoes as well as fresh fruit and cereal. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept well. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We will stay again!"
"Manager at restaurant ruined entire experience. We had to eat there a lot as we were there for a personal reason but the interactions we heard over the days were unacceptable. The issue with the voucher breakfast that nobody else can even purchase came up repeatedly with customers and then there were confusing different types of vouchers and customers were getting denied and charged excessively..Manager constantly made condescending comments to customers. Check your bill- another customer's drinks were added to mine and when I pointed it out I was treated as if it was my mistake. When I asked for a booth one morning the waitress rolled her eyes and tossed the menus on the table without a word. Very uncomfortable for everyone - a lot of head shaking and commiserating from customers all around."
