"I stayed in the boutique site. Arrived to find my room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned with dirty carpet (food, dirt), full trash bin in washroom, hand soap and amenities not stocked and ac unit not working. Lovely gentleman came to fix the ac unit. Thank you
After three calls to front desk, they relocated me to another room which they vacuumed and cleaned (again?) while I waited. Much better:)
Very quiet and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the main hotel and dining room/gym and I felt safe enough walking in the dark alone. Probably would opt to stay in the main building another time to avoid this.
Enjoyed a good dinner in the dining room with excellent service and good breakfast. I’ll come again:) "
