Don’t get me wrong for the price this hotel charges for night is perfectly reasonable and good. They can improve that’s another story. I put a work order because of the sinc draining slow and they didn’t fix it. On the positive side the little fridge was awesome is little but works great.

The stay was fine since we were out of the hotel most of the day. It's pet friendly and convenient both in the location and the surrounding areas. Cleaning staff didn't change our towels, but Christine at the front desk was the absolute sweetest and did everything for our comfort.

We checked in and found two bugs in the room. They moved us to another room and the beds didn’t even have sheets on it. We went back to the front desk and the guy told us we could call Expedia for a refund. We left and they tried to charge us for that night and the additional night we had booked. I would NOT recommend this place at all. The staff at check in were nice but others since then have been terrible trying to get help. I even called the next day and tried to make sure I didn’t need to bring the pictures or documentation back to show them and the Indian guy was rude then. But they still tried to charge me for 2 night and I was in the hotel maybe 15 minutes. Ridiculous!
