"The place was fine my reservation was screwed up by Hotels.com but the owners/managers were excellent in helping me get to stay. Besides this reservation Hotels.com screwed me on another in Siem Reap Cambodia. I was unable to get there do to my Service Dog and getting to Siem Reap on time for the booking but you charged me with no refunds. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card since no one answers my emails."

"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. "They are in the process of upgrading rooms so our room did not have a wardrobe or safe. While we were there they installed a shelf in the bathroom. We were on the forth floor and had a balcony/patio with a nice view of the beach. We would stay there again."
