Our clerk was great at customer service. She was very busy but kept a calm and pleasant attitude. We had to change rooms because the ac was down in our room and she didn't hesitate to do so which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed at that made this kind of thing seem like a major inconvenience.

When I went to check in, I was not acknowledged. I stood while she spoke in the phone. Never looked up, never acknowledged me standing there. Customer service goes a long way. Even eye contact to acknowledge I was standing there. Unprofessional. Then both times I went down stairs she was outside smoking instead of at the desk.

I like that this is close to speedway but not so close that you are affected by traffic of all the attractions.

Overall, first glance very pleasant arrival and staff were amazing and helpful. Walls are super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING….we were on the second floor so we heard every single person using the elevator all night long, we know the customer next to us has a chronic cough, the could hear the driver’s on the road outside hitting the rumble strips for crossing over the lines. So not a peaceful sleep at all. Maybe 3 hrs max were achieved. Breakfast was rough, the tops of the eggs were crusty, there was no scoops for cereal, the bananas were brown, none of the waffles makers were prepped and ready to go, the syrup container had cold syrup, overall not very prepped when beginning my morning (we went down over an hour after breakfast had started).

Was just average. Wasn’t awful but there were some sketchy looking things like the taped up room numbers on the doors and the trim pulled away from the wall around the doors. The front desk lady after hours was kind of rude. Door lock was cracked and room phone didn’t work very well. But the lady who checked us in was super nice and the room we stayed in was decent.

We traveled with another family and go conjoining rooms which was fun for the children. Hot breakfast every morning was the typical hotel breakfast- eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and waffles. Clean breakfast area with plenty of space. I believe hotel has been recently updated in areas, instead of room numbers each door had duck tape with sharpie number written on it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Extra couch provided additional space. Does have a small 5 foot pool that the kids enjoyed.

Great hotel for a great price. Was very clean and updated! Hot/cold breakfast was good with several choices for both! Staff was the friendliest I have encountered in quite some time! Will definitely be staying here again!

A warm welcome in severe weather!
Our visit to KCK was to see family to celebrate several birthdays. Our arrival was in snowy, windy and bitter cold temperatures. Hot beverages available 24/7 in the lobby and great heat in our room made the visit feel like home. Would stay again when in the area. FULL breakfast too provided something for everyone! Staff very helpful and attentive.

This motel is in bad need of an upgrade - very dingy and not well taken care of. Elevator made weird noises - almost afraid to ride in it. We were there in the middle of a cold snap and there was a ton of salt residue in the lobby that they never made an effort to clean. We will not stay here again!

The front desk staff, Georgia, was very rude. Me and my daughter were going there to spend a night away from family as a girls night. She found it very suspicious that my daughter was the one who booked the hotel, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal because it didn’t say she had to be a certain age when booking. She proceeds to ask me for my tag number, most likely because she thought I was going to leave my 18 year old there to “party”. After I gave my tag number, I asked her why they asked for my tag number and she ignored my question and gave us a room number. My daughter did not like Georgias attitude or the way the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter was so uncomfortable that she just wanted to go home. I went back at around 10pm to check out because I just didn’t want to deal with it in the morning. Once I stated that I wanted to check out, Georgia says’ “that’s odd.” I really wish my daughter didn’t have to experience being treated like that when she did nothing wrong.
