We stayed there after we escape from Hwalien earthquake. It’s not the first time I‘ve stayed there, yet it was my frist time after pandemic. The hotel has adopted more mordern ways to check in and out which was refreshing. The location is great and it is next to the water so the walk was pleasant always. I enjoyed staying with them and would choose them again.

Old and dated with lots of wear and tear. Bathrooms and curtain didn’t look clean. The roof restaurant was closed, had no amenities for VIP.

抽風需要加強，廁所和走廊都有悶悶的味道，衛浴牆邊牆角汙垢讓人洗的心慌慌，置物架看起來隨時要斷掉。 人員服務親切，豐富的自助早餐，整體不差，但還能更好。

Fantastic location, easy access to all the places I wanted to visit. Green MRT practically outside. There was a great buzz of an evening, next to the river. The reception staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was not to my taste but I was able to grab coffee and toast. I would love to stay again.

Nice location good view
My 2nd time staying in this hotel, the last being in 2016. Very convenient location as it is just next to the lrt station . The surrounding is nice with many places of interest nearby.

Old smelly hallways. We had 2 beds with balcony, room was decent the bathtub was bonus, however pillow had giant stain that obviously couldnt wash out .. our balcony had nice pier view .. booking included breakfast which consist of typical chinese food. But the cooking was terrible. Food was had no seasoning nor taste. Like they were tailored for old elderly people...overall was okay

Nice, comfortable hotel. There isn't parking included, but it's not too expensive to park right across the street, where there is a large convenient pay parking lot.

The glass door to the balcony of the harbor view rooms are paper thin so you hear all noise clearly! There was a concert down the road while we were there and music and noise continued until early morning. Be warned if you want a good night’s sleep don’t go there during the weekend. Staff was limited help and didn’t offer to move us to another room and merely offered ear plugs! They also seemed to have very limited knowledge of restaurants in the surrounding area. Also no staff to assist with luggage.

We were assigned a room with a filthy bathroom, a carpet that was covered in stains, one of them dark brown and larger than my suitcase with a balcony door that didn’t fully close. We called reception but regarding the carpet we were just told that it is old… We were later switched to another room due to the balcony door where the carpet was equally filthy, full of big stains and small pieces of food remains (?) around it. The bathroom was full of mould. I will never be staying in another City Suites property.

Everything is quite good except the carpet in the rooms are dirty with many stains. In the last two weeks. I stayed in three different rooms. The carpets in every room that I stayed are in bad condition.

Curt and rude staff, dusty and dark room, noisy MLM delegates during breakfast, unappetising food. Very poor representation of Taiwan known for its hospitality.
