Noting the air conditioner in the single room off the end of the pool stopped working on the second last day which meant for a difficult sleep on our last night. Otherwise everything was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the villa to others.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is going with family group, simple basic things you need to ask and delay in delivering. we were charged huge amount for some missing item, ensure you count each and every item while checking in.

Dear all, I am surprised when I see your comment and feedbacks here. May I take responding to explain about your concerns.1. T TR e Harding to the basic facilities provided, as you made a booking and informed us only 7 persons but you arrived in total 10 persons without notifying that why we didn’t set the facilities for 11.2. Reading to the damage itim which is only 250 Baht charged (7 USD). It’s universal understanding if anyone broke something in the hotel. Whilst the villa was concrete chic, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Housecleaning DID NOT clean, they did not even bother to put our clean dishes away! They only changed our sheets once in a 2 week stay! Disgusting! The location was far from all transport services, a good 20min walk in hot humid and hilly conditions. We paid over 100K bahts to stay there and then got abused on the last day to pay for 2 broken glasses, expected to pay 200baht!! Absolutely appalling.

To make everything clear I will answer by each point as follows 1. According for police if any damaged items by the guest to be charged which is hotel’s rule and responsibility (like other hotels do)2. For environmental friendly we clearly informed by written card and put in the Villa for bed and linen change and even though we are happy to change it if requested with reasonable reasons.2. We mentioned clearly on confirmation email regarding the transportation assistance if you need it just let us know we have service for that (check the email carefully) in this case you didn’t inform and ask for assistance. Villa architecture is unique - two of the four rooms have no privacy when it comes to bathrooms. Not very walkable location, so further expenditure for taxis/vans/scooters should be taken into account. Were promised a free drink upon arrival which was just bottled water. Towels did not appear to be changed (many were dirty upon arrival, and in between days they would be moved so they would not have the chance to be dried). Pool however was well kept, and the villa was generally quite clean and all appliances bar the washing machine were in good working order.

The Property Manager and her Staff were very accommodating and answered any questions that we asked. They made feel like we are at home and part of their family. The only downfall is that property is not as close to the main road. So if a person have difficulties walking up and down a hill it may pose some challenges. I travelled to Thailand many of times and I must say that the staff went above and beyond to prove outstanding services.

Great spacious holiday villa in Karon Beach Phuket
We had a fantastic family holiday at Karon Beach Pool Villas. Everyone had their own space, with really great size rooms and individual en suite bathrooms. We all had our own TV's which made having a bit of time to get away also possible. The villa itself was modern, spacious and the only downside was the uncomfortable couch in the living room. It's a pity that a waterproof fabric seems to have trumped comfort! The villas are a short 10min walk into Karon Beach's main strip and if that's too far, James restaurant across from Phunaka Resort and a 3 min walk up the hill from the villas has FANTASTIC local food and we could not recommend it or the people who run it more highly. I would definitely return and Nam who helped us out with taxi's and airport transfers all holiday could not have been more responsive whenever we needed help.

The villa is great. We stayed in Jumpaa Villa, 3 bedder each with ensuite. Main bedroom had a bath and his and her sinks. House keeping everyday, sheets changed almost daily however, towels were changed every 3 days(they advise this on arrival) and they don't offer anymore than what is provided. There was a charge for each glass that was chipped/broken but was not communicated at the start. Location - location is OK, I don't recommend if pregnant and pushing a stroller as up a slight hill lol but it's close enough to the shops and about 15 min stroll to the beach. Hire a scooter if you can it'll just make things easier for you.

Great Potential
Service, professionalism, and response from management was excellent and we appreciated them working with us. We checked out early because we were not happy with the villa, but Mgmt was very accommodating and we are thankful for that. The beds were not very comfortable because they were hard, but the living room area has a nice couch and excellent TV. The privacy pool and outdoor sitting area is also very nice. The kitchen is in need of improvement.

Good location - a small walk into the main part of the city. Good sized bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. Great pool - perfect size for our family of 5, although it's not as private as I would have liked - there are bamboo fences and hedging around the property, however, it is all see--through so you don't have complete privacy unfortunately. Staff were lovely.

Amazing service from the manager! Close to the temple and ten minute walk from main road. Manager gave great recommendations and helped us with everything from airport transfer to ordering pizza! Villa was good, beds are really firm. Ants and mosquitoes were a small annoyance but everything else was tops.

Perfect for families,clean and well maintained. Just a short walk to the temple,restaurants and beach. Karon beach is beautiful and safe ,and the local 's are extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend you go and see how they celebrate Songkran Festival (New Year) during April,it's amazing. We look forward to going back again soon.

Spacious hidden paradise with your own pool
Me and my family were generally happy with our stay at the villa. Mr. White and the manager Ms. Nam have been very helpful throughout our stay. I believe the pictures and reviews should speak for itself. The only slight put down I have, there weren't many good Thai restaurants at the nearby town. I suggest to pay a bit extra for the driver and pay a visit to Jungceylon- There're some really good Thai restaurants at the vicinity of the shopping mall. I suggest to go to those crowded with people- DO NOT visit those with VERY WELCOMING attitude that keep asking you to sit in. Google " Family Restaurant No. 5"- which is just 2 mins walk from Jungceylon Shopping mall, and go straight there!

We were given a villla that was completely different to what we had been shown online and booked. When we arrived after we complained we were told that our villa had not yet been renovated and the others had. So we were still expected to pay $1800 ( the same price as other gusts ) even tho they were in much nicer ones . The beds were awful feeling like we slept on a rock. We had to request to have mattress topppers so we could actuallly sleep well. The bathrooms had mould in all of them, no baths , and the toilets were dirty Much too expensive for a this kind of accomodation especially in low season. I would not return here again or recommend it . We were not offered anything for our dilemma throughout our trip .

Wonderful villa!
Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The villa manager is beautiful and very helpful, so are the staff in the compound. It's kind of hidden, not on a big well known main road or anything, so makes it hard to get to but the location is good. 5 mins drive to Karon Beach. 10 mins to Kata in one direction and 15 mins to Patong in the other direction. They provided us with bicycles and we were also able to hire motorbikes arranged by the villa manager, which made getting around much easier. I would definitely stay here again, so I highly recommended checking it out. Much love to Mr White and Ms Nam. =)

Comfortable and Tidy for Family
Sou is the person who took care of us since we checked in. He was friendly and responsive, but we could not reach Nam or Sou even we have informed Nam in advance that we would arrive Phuket in midnight and called both them over an hour since we arrived the Phuket airport. Luckily we drove so we could arrange to change to another hotel and Sou finally be reached before we left the villa’s entrance. Housekeeping came everyday to take away trash, mop the floor and reset bedroom. No change for towels. Swimming pool was clean and deep enough for swim. BBQ rack on request, but they took away immediately next day morning. We could not have one more BBQ night. We spent some time search for coal too. Overall is good. Villa was clean and comfortable. We spent some time for washing machine as no operation guide and no washing powder. Housekeeper didn’t know Eng but polite. No bicycle provided. Convenience as we drove. Close to Karon beach and 10 mins drive to Patong. We enjoy living there. Neighbours were friendly and quiet. Close to many attractions. Overall a tidy and comfortable villa. Me, my family and kids like it very much. We would come again and so look forward for a better arrangement next time.

A really nice place for group of people to stay. Rooms are really big and comfortable. Incredible swimming pool. Nice kitchen and toilets. Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is very quiet but also very close to Karon beach and the main street.

Villa Jumpa - 3 Bedrooms Private Pool Villa 최고입니다. 가족 5명이 4박했습니다. 빌라 단지내에 수시로 직원들이 돌아다니면서 청소하여서 깨끗하게 유지됩니다. 매일 아침마다 풀장 청소를 해줘서 항상 깨끗한 물에서 수영했습니다. 주방에는 웬만한 조리도구, 식기류 다 있습니다. 인테리어도 이쁘고, 숙소도 깨끗합니다. 풀장도 생각보다 크고, 얕은곳에서 점점 깊어지는 구조로 되어있어 성인이 수영하기에도 좋습니다. 세탁기도 있었고, 와이파이도 잘 됐습니다. 위치는 완전 번화가는 아니라 조용하고 좋았습니다. 까론비치에서 걸어가면 10-15분가량 걸리지만 더워서 못걷습니다. 툭툭이나 밴택시 부르면 빌라 문앞까지 오고, 데려다주니 문제없었습니다. 한국에서 가는 비행기가 밤비행기라 새벽 1시반경에 도착했는데, 사전에 연락하고 도착해서 전화하니 직원이 바로 나와서 체크인 도와줬습니다. 꼭 여기에서 묵으세요. 가족들 모두 만족하고, 아주 좋았습니다.

4 베드룸은 최고입니다! 시내와 멀지만 가치가 있어요
4 베드룸이였는데 환상적이였습니다. 수영장도 크고 깊고 별실도 로맨틱하고 이뻤어요! 로밍을 안해가서 주인하고 메일로 소통해야하는 어려움이 있었지만, 메일로 요청한 사항에 대해 금방금방 처리해주려고 노력하는게 보였습니다. 얼리 체크인도 무료로 하게 해주었고, 체크아웃하고도 짐 맡아주겠다고 했어요. 위치는 빠통까지 차로 15분이였고, 숙소 주변 시내까지 한 5-10분 걸어가면 음식점이랑 편의점들이 나와서 아주 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 수건을 매일 갈아주지는 않아서 메일로 요청했더니 바로 갈아줬어요. 3일에 한번씩 갈아준다고 하더라구요. 요리도구가 낡고 코팅팬이 다 상해서 사용하기가 좀 그랬지만 그릇들은 참 예쁘고 많았습니다. 세탁기도 있는데 세제는 없어서 챙겨오는게 좋을 것 같아요. 매일 청소해준다고 했는데 침구 정리는 매일 해주긴했는데 호텔처럼 완전 깨끗이 싹 청소해주는 느낌은 아니였어요. 수영장 물을 아침부터 청소해주는게 인상깊었어요. 물 위에 뜬 꽃잎을 다 건져내고 뭔가 깨끗하게 해주더라구요. 그런데 수영장 들어가는 계단이 엄청 미끄러워서 조심해야할 것 같아요. 숙소 한편이 공사중이긴 했는데 저희 숙소가 있는 곳에서는 공사소리가 하나도 안들려서 좋았습니다. 빌라 주인인 케이티가 정말 친절해요. 다른 베드룸은 모르겠지만 4 베드룸은 진짜 최고였어요. 추천합니다! Всё хорошо, кроме местоположения.
Отличная вилла, есть всё, что надо для отдыха. Уборка так себе, да и персонал не церемонится: несмотря на то, что мы были в комнатах и только собирались на море, они начали уборку. Главный и единственный ощутимый минус - далековато до моря.

Nice location (if you rent a motorbike), not clean
The hotel is in a wonderful location and if you rent the motorbike that hotel offered (it is cheap), you can get to anywhere in Phuket easily with google map. The room is big and the swimming pool is deep and big enough if you want to actually swim instead of touching the bottom. They have a washing machine which helps a lot if you enjoy the water sport in Phuket - The washing machine is outdoor and it maybe a little bit creepy at night. No toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo provided. The slipper provided is not new and actually some of them are even in yellow. Ants, mosquito and tiny spider can be found frequently. No ventilation fan in toilet. Large concrete crack observed on the walls. I feel itchy on bed the first night but no words from my partner, no sure if it related to the cleanliness of the bed. The manager is very nice and helpful.

This hotel, or more accurately, a villa, has three spacious suite rooms with independent restrooms, and a nice pool. The community (includes around 4-5 villas inside) is very quiet, however some barking and chicken shout outside the community are expected. The hotel is not on a major road and requires about 20-minutes walking to the Karon beach. I would not say this distance is bad since that makes your stay much more quite and comfortable than living on the Main Street, seriously. Moreover, no front desk set up there but the staff will clean the house for every 2-3 days.
