I had a room with a balcony facing the street and the traffic and noise from the bars was extremely loud. I had to buy earplugs in order to get any sleep

O.K. but not superb
Very close to smart bus stop, Kata beach and night market. Our room was O.K., but was facing the main street and the view on the other side was a construction area.

We had to walk up 4 flights to our room. The room was borderline ok. It was a far walk to karon beach. I would stay somewhere else next time

This hotel is in a good location and a condition of the hotel is well maintained. A decoration is unique and I really like it. An air conditioner works well.

Avoid hotels.com directions, generally good hotel
Firstly, the map on hotels.com is incorrect and about half a km further down the street. Use the address and put into google maps. Rooms are generally spacious, and come with ac, safe, hot shower, and 3 jacuzzi type pools. Our first room did have some small bugs crawling around the bed, but the staff were happy to relocate us and we ended up on the roof which was larger and great. All in all, good little hotel.

Great staff and comfortable place to stay
Clean comfortable room with balcony, AC, 5-10 stroll to the beach. Very nice and helpful staff. Located next to the Monday and Thursaday Night Market for cheap good food. 3 Jacuzzi "pools" on roof top and some lounge chairs. Fridge and kettle in the room is a plus! I would stay again

Decent hotel, good location.
Close to everything and clean hotel. Took 4 complaints to get our broken fridge replaced. Also the airport transfer we arranged through the hotel showed up half hour late in the morning. Hotel is now called Must Sea. 3 pools on roof are tiny and good for one family each pool

Hotel changed their name to MustSea. Terrible to find as Expedia still has Mussee as hotel name. Hotel theme is Surfing (surfboards everywhere, paintings of waves & surfers), very colourful and gives a modern hip look. It happend a few times that reception is not available, no staff at the reception. Waited for a long time for someone to come. Hotel is right opposite of a nightclub. Nightclub is closed for now (it's for sale) So it's quiet now but when the nightclub might open one day it will be very very noise!!! (Max 20 meter distance!) Good distance of shops, restaurant and kata beach. Clean room & bathroom. Cool rooftop swimming pool (3 separate smaller basins)

The pool area and breakfast buffet were great! The room we stayed in, however, was not great. The bedding looked quite old and the bathroom had a good amount of mould on the walls. It was just an okay stay.

Ok for one night stayover
It was fine for one night, decent budget accommodations in an overpriced area. Clean room, decent wifi, but no natural light in the room and the pool was very small. Great coffee place around the corner. It was very difficult communicating with staff and there is no elevator so try to get the lower levels. Don't even bother with breakfast there, very cheap food and not a good variety.

Great Hotel....still Thailand
This is a great hotel in a great location, but remember...you're still in Thailand. You are going to have to deal with the weird plumbing and general uncleanliness of most surrounding areas. All that being said, this hotel was awesome compared with other hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. The hotel has very modern architecture and the room was extremely comfortable. There are 3 small pools on the roof with a bar and a great view. The location is in the middle of Kata beach. You are about a block from the beach but right in the middle of several great restaurants and shopping. Kata beach in general was a great break from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach if you are comparing the two. All the beauty of the beach, shopping and dining without the craziness and debauchery of Patong.

A bed lamp for reading would be great. A comfortable, sitting friendly chair should be a must. The heavy countryside stools are a joke. Otherwise all perfect

En sur resepsionist , « fin utsikt» og gamle bad
SUR RESEPSIONIST Bestilte 8 netter -superior rom med balkong og bildene lovte et godt opphold .Lite imøtekommende resepsjonist ( sur og irritert ) som uten å ønske oss velkommen forlangte depositum uten å svare på hvorfor ? -fulgte oss opp i 2 etasje, åpnet rommet og gikk uten å si ett ord - Makan til slik oppførsel og kundeservice skal man lete etter ... tviler på at rommet var på 30 kV.m , konstant bråk av airkondision og bargjester rett under balkongen gjøre ikke varelse bedre, utsikt fra balkongen mot en stooor byggeplass ( med støy fra 07:00 til 20:00) var dekket av strømledningene som hang rett på utsiden over rekkverket. Spurte om vi kunne få ett annet rom. Resepsjonisten ble kjempe overraska -Hva er galt med rommet? Var mulig å få ett rom i 3.etasje - samme utsikt , dagen etter ,, vi sjekket ut etter 1 time , uten at personalet gjorde et forsøk å få oss bli .. Dårlig erfaring og pengene ble tapt

Inget bra val i ett varmt land.
Luktade jättemycket mögel i rummet .olidlig stank. Kan bero på att det inte finns fönster ,utan är ett tätt slutet rum utan vädringsmöilighet .

Environnement (extérieur à l’hôtel) trop bruyant
Équipements corrects sans plus, l’hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate de Kata Beach (5 minutes à pieds) et de Karon Beach (15 mns à pieds), mais surtout il donne sur une route très fréquentée de jour comme de nuit et surplombe restaurants et un bar musical ouvert jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Boules quies indispensables mais pas suffisantes. Le prix plutôt élevé pour le confort de l’établissement ne justifie pas de s’infliger de telles nuisances sonores. Mieux vaut marcher quelques minutes de plus et s’éloigner de cette route infernale (Kata road).

Clean, good hotel, fine pool area with roof terrace. Room cleaning is excellent and friendly. I paid the room for 2 people but asked for an extra 500 bath if I had brought my local girlfriend to the room.

様々な要望に答え、ツアーも安く組んでもらった。この値段で、あのホテルはまずないとおもいます。ビーチも近いし全てにおいて満足しました。日本人は一人もいませんでした。部屋はホントに広くて綺麗です。 ただ、繁華街はバトンビーチにあるので、そこまで行くのが大変です。タクシーも高い。カタビーチは夜は寂しい感じです。私はサーフィン目当てでいったので問題なかったのですが、夜遊びにいくには物足りないと思います。いつもはレビュー書かないのですが、ホテルの感謝を込めて書かせてもらいました。ピンクの看板でmustシーと書いてあるのですが 場所は分かりにくいでふ。

OK hotel, men mye støy fra nattklubb.
Sentralt, men mye støy fra nattklubb som nabo. Renhold var bra og resepsjonistene på dagtid var hyggelige mens nattevakta var sur. Frokost var ok. Passer best for singel og par, ikke veldig barnevennlig område. Basseng på taket var så og si ubrukelig, men ikke så langt til stranden.

отель чудесно расположен. 5 мин.пешком до пляжа Ката, 10 минут пешком до пляжа Карон (хрустящий песок). и минут 15-20 пешком до пляжа ката ной. В отеле нет лифта и если вы живете на 4-5 этаже, то на второй день начинают напрягать эти постоянные пешие подъемы и спуски, особенно в последний день с чемоданом вниз. Улучшенный номер без балкона получается очень темным открыть занавески не возможно, т.к. за окнами другой номер ))В номере есть один шкаф с 4 вешалками, которые не снимаются. Чувствуется явный недостаток полочек и ящеков. Другими словами в шкафу весели зимние вещи, все остальное хранилось в чемодане.Но если Вам нужен отель чтобы приходить туда спать. Это отличный вариант. На против отеля есть дискотека, что очень удобно ;)

Прекрасный отель за свои деньги.
Отдыхали с друзьями в "Сезон дождей" с 15.09.13 - 27.09.13 (дождь днем шел 1 раз, зарядил минут на 15 и одни раз вечером минут на 30, остальные разы ночью :)). Хороший отель, чистый, новый. Дружелюбный персонал. Бесплатно выдают полотенца на пляж. Завтраки достаточно простые и периодически надоедают, но так везде в ***! До пляжа минут 5, как пишут через речку "вонючку" (по факту она периодически не сильно пахла тиной - не вызывало никакого дискомфорта). Пляж именно в этом месте в низкий сезон самый лучший из тех которые я видел (брал скутер катался), т.к. на нем самые маленькие волны. Из минусов: 1. кондиционер шумный и в некоторых номерах дует прямо на кровать (у наших друзей было нормальное расположение, так что можете попросить заменить номер). 2. Вай фай на некоторых этажах не работал корректно. 3. Возможно в высокий сезон будет шумновато, т.к. когда были мы, не работал данспол в баре, расположенном сбоку от отеля (но работал бар внизу, но хорошие стеклопакеты и достаточно шумный кондиционер полностью компенсировали его работу :)). Так же шум слышен из коридоров отеля, но так везде в ***, где я был. Ну вроде все. Итак расположение, чистота отеля и цена для меня с лихвой перекрывают все эти минусы. Советую и ставлю 5.
