I booked the wrong Amerihost. This place was filled with a general rational chain smoking smell in the walls. I could not get out of the booking. It’s a trucker stop not for a visit. I bought candles and spray nothing worked. The hotel was old. The smoke was in the walls. Staff was friendly. I just couldn’t stay another night. I left and found another hotel for the rest of my stay. I thought I was going to have a asthma attack

Upon check in I noticed that I was missing items that were supposed to be in the room were not stocked also there were multiple appliances in multiple rooms that were broken. I am currently sitting without water due to a leak they're fixing but was not notified of the water being shut off

Access Road needs paving. Expedia needs to communicate better with Amerihost Staff. Staff very friendly and helpful in solving Expedia problem in checking in (took 40 minutes).

Thanksgiving Weekend in the Kingdom
Staff was nice and friendly. Bed was great. But the "free breakfast" mentioned on your site for this room (which attracted me to it) was nothing but a coffee pot. Future visitors should know that a five-mile drive south to Fulton could save them 27 cents a gallon on gas - the Kingdom City prices seemed to be jacked up for holiday weekend travelers.

I booked a smoking room by mistake. Room 322 is aweful. Smoking holes in comforter, dirty linens, patched walls, damage by bathroom ceiling fan. Not even smokers deserve that.

The room had no towels or pillow cases when I checked in.The room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was supposed to be non smoking. No phone in the room. The Website say Continental Breakfast. Staff stated they havent had it in 2 years. The exit on my side of the building had no lock.The worst motel I,ve stayed in in 30 years.

Dangerously bad.
Hotel was a smoking hotel with lots of mold in the bathroom. Washing was broke. So no towels everything looked like it was about to break. Smell in the room was so bad I was getting headaches in the room and having breathing issues. Left early to avoid the bad room.

Tub dirty , toilet was nasty not clean . Frame glasses broke. Ac isn’t working. Ceiling light is fallen apart. Tv not working. Not enough outlets. Bathroom sink faucet leaking. Very gross room. Motel trashes outside, a lot weed eater, lawnmowers dump. Full facility rooms and all motel full due Mo school for deaf reunion. Ameihost are poor ratings because lack of towels due their laundromat broke washer and dryer. Unpleasant motel with eyes sores and not smoking first floor I can smell smoking around. I will never go back ever again. Most younger maids are drugs who work at office. Gross and horrible motel I ever seen on my life. Pictures I took evidence…

well, I was surprised, that a 3 story building didn't have an elevator. The beds were made, but no towels and amidities, had to turn on light switch to turn on tv, then still had to call front desk to turn on tv. Next day came back in late afternoon and the wasn't done. We Vacumed our room. Who ever ownes this place should really think about his property. 1 housekeeper if that. oh and there's no breakfast either. Had to get coffee maker instaed of going 3 floors down and then back up.Rachel at front desk has alot of ---- on her plate for sure.

The room was dirty looking, thank God I brought my own sheets, pillowcases, and comforter. I turned in the sink and gnats came out the drain. There was no phone in the room, light fixtures were awful. The hotel seemed so shady that I didn't trust my stuff being there while I was gone, so I took all my belongings with me when I would leave. They didn't bring clean towls and washcloths the following day or make up the bed. Hotel.com shouldn't even list this place..... SMH I would sleep in my car before I would go there again.

Worst place I have ever seen!!!!
They should explode this place!!!! The shower towels had dirt and stains on them. The lights had dead bugs in them. The rooms were all smoking rooms and the comforters had cigarette burns in them. Beer bottle caps Uber the bed. I can keep going on. The front desk is paying you for a good review that’s how they are getting the stars they have. This place should absolutely be closed down. No way is this passing inspections. They don’t have pillows are pillow cases to spare. This place is like something out of a horror film. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

It was adaquate. I've stayed in nicer places for cheaper cost. The women that checked me in was fantastic! She was nice, showed me the room before accepting it to make sure it was ok. Her daughter was a distraction. Complaining to her mom the whole time. Check in took longer because she had to ask her daughter several times to complete a task. Tenents of the hotel were hanging around the desk talking with staff. But the room was quiet at night and i slept well. It served its purpose

Very outdated and dirty hotel
The hotel is extremely outdated. Housekeeping needs to do a better job, our bathroom floor was not clean, tub and shower stained really bad, tub faucet dripped all night, and bath towels very dingy. Was to be a non smoking room, had a no smoking sign on the door even, but room smelled of smoke really bad. Even had an ashtray in the room, smoke detector not working, it was sitting in dresser drawer. Cigarette burns on comforter and dresser. We was on 3rd floor, window didn't lock and no screen. Huge safety hassard for someone to fall out. A/C unit was not plugged in and when we did plug it in all the knobs we missing so couldnt adjust it. If i have to say something positive, at least front desk workers were polite. Needless to say we will not be returning ever to this hotel

The staff is always very nice and present so if you need anything that they can help you with they are right there. The owners of this facility desperately need to upgrade the rooms. My air-conditioning unit didn’t have any buttons on it so the only way to get it to work was to plug it in and then to turn it off, was to unplug it. Also in the smoking rooms the fire detectors are disconnected. The tubs look like they have been there since the 1980s. The towels look like they have been there since the 1980s. Like I said, keep the staff, renovate your damn facility! It looks to me like there are so many Code violations. I’m surprised that it stays open.

Once we were able to get someone's attention, we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned. Moved us to a second room where the TV did not work. Finally into our third room and we realized that there is a business going on between the parking lot and the side door. Pretty sure the woman in spandex wasn't selling Tupperware. Never again!

Not enough linens in bathroom. No cups for drinking, no coffee maker. Very much had Oder of smoke. Not many amenities. A place you don't want to spend much time in your room. Bed cover had holes in it from cigarettes.

Hotel is old, smelly, and not very clean. Someone on floor above us let their toilet run all night so we had water pouring through our bathroom vent. I notified hotel staff and they said they were working on it, but had no interest in checking out my room, moving us to a new room, or helping me in anyway.

Not the best choice. Unfortunately there were no other places available in Columbia for Mizzou parent weekend. Sheets looked like they haven't been cleaned in while. We ended up removing them and used our own blankets.
