"Spacious and well equipped 3 bed, 3 bath. Loved the cozy fireplace both inside and on the patio. Tv was difficult to operate and without instructions. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Grounds were in some disrepair and hot tub we were directed to was very dirty and full of debris. Main pool hot tub was great though. Love the convenience of the village. "

"The property by itself is 20min far from the lake. The picture of the lake in hotel booking pictures will confuse you, well just letting you know there is no lake or river around the hotel. It’s a totally different Ritz property that you can book separately from the hotel and stay there. They charge $800 per person and it’s only for 24hours or less to spend there. "The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"We, my wife and I, cannot honestly say enough good about the Hardman House Inn & Suites! The staff were ALL friendly and helpful, the lobby area was clean an spacious, the continental breakfast was the best I can ever recall, the room was exemplary and the bed? It was like sleeping on Grandma's feather bed (for those old enough to remember them). We arrived at around noon and they checked us right in and assigned our room!"
