"We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

However the house was very dirty, the floor was greasy and slippery, the fridge had rotten food in it, there were no towels for showers.
