Nice view to the Arenal volcano from the patio and beautiful jungle full of flowers and hummingbirds in front of you! We stayed on the first floor so you have to keep the door closed at all times specially at night when the frogs comes out! The food at the restaurant was terrible, fortunately we had a car and drove to La Fortuna for dinner which is about 25-30 minutes away. The road is hard to drive so it was inconvenient after a day full of activities.

We loved staying at this hotel, it was beautiful and clean. The view and the room were amazing.The staff were amazing and friendly. The staff at the reception and the guy at the pool bar were really nice and helpful. We just felt a little uncomfortable the first night we ate at the restaurant because the restaurant staff were really pushing the special of the night that at the end was expensive and not really that good for the price and the “complimentary” dessert was a frozen pie we usually find in any store. Besides that the rest was great and we enjoyed it a lot.

If you love waking up in the morning and listening to the sounds of mother nature, this is the place for you. I also love the view of the Volcano Arenal and surrounding landscape from my room balcony without having to go anywhere. The continental breakfast in the morning is excellent with different food variety for everyone. About 15 to 30 minutes away from all the surrounding activities in the Fortuna/Arenal area. If we go back to Costa Rica again will definitely being staying here again.

This property is nice and the location is beautiful. Cons: Receptionist at front desk is not helpful neither friendly. Young Kids are charged separately $29 per night per kid on top of the booking. Wasn't aware of that.
