We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended."
