"Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience."

"Hotel Staff was very courteous and provided excellent service most of the time. There were some occurrences during lunch when staff appeared overwhelmed. Room was kept clean and was serviced regularly. nice room accommodations.
