Not thilled about the sliding glass doors on lower level rooms. Not very secure and one side of the hotel they just open to the parking lot. Was a bit noisey with kids running the halls on the floor above us.

Thank you for staying with us. So sorry you did not enjoy the patio doors on the lower level, we could have moved you upstairs if you did not like the lower level accesswith the patio doors. So sorry for the noise on Friday night we did have a couple young group of kids for a sporting event for one night, we tried to mention to all of our arrivals that were not affiliated with either groups to make them aware of the noise. Other than that we hoped you enjoyed your stay and look forward to you coming back to stay again in the future!

It was a great location. Beautiful scenery with the lake right there. We were just passing through and found a room there as our son was running a marathon in Ida Grove.

Across the miles in Iowa
The Cobblestone was a great summer stop. Lake View, nice restaurant next door, well organized breakfast and pleasant hosts. I will stop here again if traveling this way.

Quick trip, great stay!
We took an overnight trip to Lake View to hang out with family and hit the lake a couple of times. Cobblestone was great! It was reasonably priced and everything was exactly as needed and expected. We especially appreciated breakfast.

An OK Stay
The inn is nicely located just a minute's walk from the lake, so morning by the water was always nice. Breakfasts were ok. Check-in was easy enough. After that I had almost no contact with staff, which I thought was unusual, but I guess they are all very busy behind the scenes somewhere. The room was comfortable enough and quiet. Very few eating places nearby, none of them of high quality. After 9 pm forget about it!
