The location was great and so was the staff. Just a few issues with the condition of the furnishings. The table had some water damage. Plus it was very hot in the hallway outside the room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Relative good place to rest your head
It was ok, but my fault for not checking on in house restaurant for breakfast or bar. None of this is provided or offered. Luckily there are nearby restaurants and bars at other hotels. Family oriented

Don't stay here. The washer/dryer jammed on dry for 2 hours. I had to call maintenance to get my clothes. No hot water. The staff was polite. The living room and kitchen was nice.

False advertisement and outdated
First off, they advertise they have a gym for use which is not true. It is only available to their long-term leases. The main reason I booked was because of the pictures and the advertisement for a gym. The spa is not available either. So I was not happy right away when I found this out at check in. The room was dirty, dated with ripped sheets and stained towels. No pots or pans for the kitchenette so I guess you’re supposed to bring your own. Comfortable bed and they had a washer in the unit so I could do laundry were the only saving graces. I didn’t even bother to check out the pool, I just went to the Hyatt down the street where my friends were staying and used their pool and gym. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The service was great. Planning to stay again in the near future. The pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Uverall a great place to stay.

Good location close to airport and other resort hotels in area. Rooms were clean on arrival. Furniture slightly worn down. Found blood under the mattress of single bed. Aircon in bedroom not working and despite calling reception to sort out problem, it was not sorted. Infinity pool and seating area was nice. Cons: kitcen area provided no pots or pans or utensils to cook food. Be aware need to bring your own cooking equipment and even washing up soap. Shower was not powerful enough, really weak, so ended up having baths every night as shower not usable. Only one lift was working in our tower so there were long queues for the lift. Most of equipment in gym not working. There were no free weights to put on the squat bar so limited use of the gym.

Great pool, nice apartment with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Confortable bed (much better than others in Philippines. Good aircon. Nice quiet community location. Awesome hawker centre with great lechon diagonally opposite - good food and coffee close by. Only downsides were slow lifts (only one was working) and shower wasnt very hot (was just lightly warm). Would definitly stay again.

Don't let the front keep you from booking.
Can't appreciate the rooms by looking at the front hotel. Don't let the cover dissuade you because we had Excellent stay. Very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful. They brought us breakfast at 5am prior to leaving to catch an early flight. Definitely will stay here again.

We are not sure if you have check the local shopping at Mactan Shrine which is a 5 minute walk from Mactan Newtown,whereas you can buy variety of souvenirs and such. Very nice place I’ll definitely come back
Very nice rooms. However my room someone had smoked in and they had a difficult time we need it. Also the common areas are not air-conditioned. So you’re stuck in your room if you want to keep cool.There are places in the immediate area such as a grocery store or Starbucks or McDonald’s and a nice outdoor place to eat a variety of foods from separate vendors. I’ll definitely come back

Staff was super nice and friendly, the place is in a very convenient location and is really nice! Two things i did not like are: 1. arrived at the hotel the staff wanted to check my bags (even though at the airport they checked several times...don't understand why) 2. If you arrive too early and want to go to your room you have to pay an amends of 200 pesos per hour. Except for that everything was SUPER!! Highly recommended.

It was clean but very small. Common areas no air conditioning. Whirlpool out of order for my 9 day stay. Small sofa / Small bed / Small bathroom. No in house restaurant/bar.

The 8 Newtown property is a great place. Had a great stay here before so i thought id give it another go. This stay was ok. I booked in advance and requested a high floor so i may have a view, but i got a pool floor room with no view of the pool. They didnt contact me back to awkowledge or set up special in room request i was willing to pay for. Location is great as there are lots of places to eat close by and tge airport isnt too far away. I thought about 3 stars instead of 4 due to lack of comunication but i had a great time the last time i was here so im giving them some slack.

Stay was good. Overall service is good and staff are friendly. We needed the curtain and the lamps to be fixed and it was promptly done. The bathtub leaks water which is annoying. Thus the neutral rating on condition.

Nice place to stay in Cebu!
Great room! Nice comfy bed! Place was very homey. Great value and service! Theres a japanese restaurant, starbucks and a grocery downstairs. A 711 across the street and a McDonald’s just around the corner. Plenty of taxis that go around the area.

Perfect
C suites is perfect. It's only 10 to 15 mins from airport (traffic permitting). The apartment units are like cosy little home away from home. The view is brilliant. Everything you need is right there. Supermarket, bank atms, pharmacy, 7/11, McDonald's, and a food Alfresco. This hotel is just far enough off the main road to feel relaxing and no traffic. However taxis and jeepneys can found very close by.
