Everything was perfect , food , staff , facilities , surroundings, definitely the place to stay in Vegas . I was traveling with kids and it was the perfect location . The Nomad floors ( where we stayed) have an upscale quality of interiors , views and service and the style is sleek and well curated
Park MGM is smoke free. That is the main reason we stayed here. The room was okay as it smelled musty and the toilet was loose. If we came back would need an upgraded room.
I absolutely love that the Park MGM Hotel is a NON smoking environment. I enjoyed my stay here. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was clean, comfortable and had great dining options. The proximity to the Tram is super convenient too. I will definitely be back!
Opportunity for improvement:
Encourage the entire staff across all departments and businesses be more engaging and interactive with the clients passing by their establishments.
This hotel gives you the bare minimum when it comes to the room amenities. No fridge, no clothing storage, cheap linens and cheap toiletries. The room design didn’t make sense either. On the positive I liked the restaurants, easy access to the strip, mobile check in on the mgm app, cleanliness and friendly staff.

They do charge $35 to provide a refrigerator’ which should include in price and should be available in every room’ ’ it’s a basic need ‘ people put their medication’ and using it as basic need ‘ due to Las Vegas weather conditions can’t be skep it

The room was not very nice. Hole in the carpet, old furniture that looked worn and no refrigerator in the room. I haven't stayed at a hotel in the last decade that didn't have an in room refrigerator. I could have stayed at a chain hotel off the strip for a lot cheaper and nicer. I will not be back to this hotel.

The property was clean and handsomely decorated. The restaurant options were many. I enjoyed that the hotel is smoke free.
I do believe there should be more lounge areas in the casino for people that just want to relax around the casino.
But overall I enjoyed my stay very much.
I also was surprised when checking out that there was a fee for amenities. I may have missed it during checkin, but was not expecting it.
Enjoied the property, loved the restaurant Primrose and the Eatly food court. I wish the pool had longer hrs maybe it just closed early because it was winter but a hot tub at night still would of been nice and I was disappointed that wasn't an option.
My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing weekend over at the MGM PARK.

Upon arrival the room I booked was not available. I was asked if two queen beds would be okay. I said I really didn’t want two beds. I was given a room with one queen bed, the carpet had not been vacuumed(there was food debris all over the floor) and the overall feel of the room was worn and grungy.
