Not a New Years event to remember
Over priced , poor and slow service, not enough staff and definitely not a location for New Years event. The New Years Party set up and organisation was embarrassing to say the least, terrible …….a so called DJ in a meeting room with 30 silver ballon’s , it felt like a teenage disco . Each guest reactions as they arrived said it all also - this was funny to watch. The food is way over priced and drink even more so, but food was good when it came , spa was nice and relaxing and the room was nice and tidy. Overall - disappointed I simply could not recommend it tho - sorry.

Fabulous stay at this hotel!
My family and I spent two nights at this hotel and we cannot fault the service in any way. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. The food was outstanding in both the Sky Lounge and Brasserie; whilst the spa facilities hit every spot too - from massage to the pool. Highly recommend staying there as easy to travel around the city too.

Stay was ok. The hotel looks very nice on the outside and I’m torn to rate it on the interior bc parts are beautiful but our bathrooms floors had nasty spots and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We spent 2 night wit barely any aaC and the weather was 30 Celsius. We were very uncomfortable sleeping. Front desk staff was nice and so were breakfast staffing. The best one was the Italian concierge. He was so exceptional nice and helpful.

Just an amazing place everything that you should get in a 5 start hotel. The room very spacious the room service great the louge just one of kind experience. The spa facility is one of the best that i have see Thank you do much for the staff we made us feel so special. We stay at Other 5 star hotel in Vienna before this one and was no compares.

Beautiful property ideal location not too far to city center and close to the lake. Amazing spa facility with private female only options in the female locker room. Amazing facial options and facial products. Great breakfast. Great concierge and staff members. Beautiful rooms in a historic yet remodeled building. All around 5/5 stars. Perfect stay.

A grand hotel from another era. Sadly, with old structures like this, don’t be surprised if the plumbing backs up into your shower. The real travesty is that management pretended to fix it by spraying room freshener.

Outstanding staff, 5-star rooms, one of the best breakfasts offerings I've ever seen, state of the art gym and pool. I've traveled to a lot of places, and Royal Savoy Lausanne is easily one of the very top hotels I've stayed at. (for comparison, I was at the Mandarin Oriental in NYC recently).

The hotel was a hub for local elite, super luxury with extremely nice staff and concierge. The spa was the best I've ever seen at a hotel setup and room were spacious and very chic. No negative all positive.

The stay was great, breakfast was perfect. Service was wonderful including the attendance at breakfast. I also managed to enjoy the heated pool. I would recommend being extra careful in the wet area with the black tiles.
