There was also a lengthy power outage that we were not told about and several guests found it difficult to find reception via the staircase due to poor signage."

"Hotel was great! Very central, clean and a good size for 2 people. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were good. The only issue we had was the air conditioning wasn’t very good. It was a super hot evening so the room was very stuffy. When turning down the aircon it, not only, didn’t seem to change, it was also very loud so having it on overnight was a pain! Other than that it was a really great stay. "
